J.Crew Factory — Local services in Saint Louis Park

I had bought some JCF shorts online and needed to exchange them for a different size. I was expecting a hassle, but was pleasantly surprised by the two gentlemen who helped me. The first guy helped me find exactly what I wanted and the cashier (a very pleasant black guy) made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. Customer service is not dead!
