TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After an hour wait, I called to just to ensure my order went through (I did it through the app it showed no change in the hour) & my tone was calm aka I was not hangry. I am a strong believer in customer service & leading with kindness & respect. Howard, the disgruntled employee who answered was SO rude & cut me off numerous times when I was simply trying to verify my order was in queue. He explained multiple times that they were short staff & he’d get my order out. A decent customer service response would be, for example: “I’m sorry it is taking longer than normal to process your order, we are currently short handed on staff. However, I do see your order is next in line to go out and we will see you shortly” Not once did he apologize or show any respect.
He is an employee of JIMMY JOHNS; therefore, he represents JJs. Regardless of his personal frustrations with being short handed on staff, he should be functioning as what he is while at work… A Representation of the Company he works for. I have to stay, I am disappointed in JJs for not taking care of their franchise locations & employees. Also, I feel incredibly bad for Howard. Someone who exudes such a poor attitude to customers he serves for a living obviously is suffering inside. Life is too short to live that upset on a daily. Read moreOrdered 4 sandwiches over an hour ago for delivery. Still not delivered. Called the store and said we would come pick them up. The employee set they would "set them out" for us. We showed up and went to look at the bags on the table and rudely were told "those are for delivery". OK. Then we asked if we could have our sandwiches remade because well over an hour had passed and were told "they are not that bad". We asked again for the sandwiches to be remade. Was then told "it will be awhile, We have 10 orders and we are not just going to bump you ahead in line". WOW Great customer service... NOT. So then I asked for a refund, again with attitude was told "Well, it will be 5-7 days". Whatever, by this time the sheer attitude of the employee makes me just want my money back. It is a shame, as we order here often, as our office is nearby. When we told our co workers what happened with their lunches, they have all stated from now on, we will go to the Knollwood location. No one should have to wait over an hour for their food, then be told they have to wait longer. Read moreI came in on Friday to order my favorite sandwich. Club Lulu with extra Mayo, Cheese, and Onion. I had to travel to south Mpls for work. I finally opened my sandwich and notice I did not have bacon, onions, or the cheese I requested. So, I called and to inquire about the missing ingredients, the cashier advise said, “ I enter a number 4 sandwich but I wanted a number 16, I never specified so he gave me what he thought I wanted to eat neither of us verified my order as I was in a rush. He response was what do you want me to do about it. So, I asked to speak with the a manager, Eddie identified himself as the general manager he started off saying he heard me say I wanted the number #4 which I never said number at all. He spoke over me as he intentional and lied about my interaction with the cashier. He came to conversation with intentions to misunderstand so, I thank him and hung up. Two things happened the integrity of the management and the obvious display of the cashier being extremely high and lethargic which is he made a mistake.
