Last time I ordered from this store. I paid when I ordered online for delivery with the only money i had to my name, to feed my 2 kids. They never came with my order. But on the tracking app it said the order was delivered, so i called the store and he said it was still in route to be delivered. But patiently waited and it never came. Eventhough online it said the delivery was completed. So called and now no answer. No food was delivered, no call, but took my money and did not refund it. Next morning called to address the problem and the guy said no manager was available and to call back. Called back said no manager was available and that he couldn't even contact the manager. And that he didnt know how to fix the problem. So I went to the store in person. Where the same guy that was answering the phone who told me there was not a manager onsite... now says he is the manager and said he doesnt know anything about there driver delivery insurance program... and was very rude because of his attitude towards me and his unwillingness to help that entire day from the beginning till the end. so I re ordered the order. But basically told me he was going to refund my money and still go ahead and give us the order. However that was a complete lie because he never refunded the money. It was a horrible experience and nothing was made right. My kids went to sleep starving the night before, and I was treated poorly and felt disrespected, and the final result ended with a lie. I have ordered from this store many many times in the past and have had problems with delivery. But the last time I felt like super disrespected. And like customer service was as bad as it gets. And here I am now ordering again because it's the same location( closest one to my home)and I don't want to give them my money. But I am. Not doing delivery this time, doing carry out. Read moreHad my cousin’s boyfriend pick us up some food preordered online, too about 1 1/2 to get the food and when he came home the food wasn’t even our orders and everything was wrong. Not only that but everything was cold and smelled badly like it sat under the heat lamp too long or was dried out like the chicken. We went back to the store together to discover at least 7 different other people were having similar issues and the phones were ringing off the hook but nobody was answering calls. They only had about 5 staff 7 if you include the delivery drivers, and on such a busy day like Christmas and location like White Bear you would think they would be staffed and have their staff ready to go. Only like two people behind the counter seemed like they knew what was going on. Everybody seemed like they had their heads in the clouds or were drunk. When we finally got our food I was told my refund canceled my order but I didn’t ask for a refund, only stated I would’ve canceled if I knew it was this busy and chaotic. Ended up having to repay for my food and couldn’t even get everything I ordered and the food quality was still extremely poor but we were to hungry and tired to deal with anymore of the 3-4 hour fiasco any longer. I will never shop with location again unless they really get their act together and some type or gesture of goodwill is extended. Staff should not be taking their anger and frustration out on hungry, patient and irritated customers who are spending their time and money being understanding trying to work with them. Read moreThis is the worst location ever! I did not think to write a review when my experience happened, however, the experience was so bad that it grates my nerve to this day! So after seeing a show recently on TV made me aware that reviews do matter I felt obligated to do so. Christmas Eve 2014, my families dinner plans were cancelled. The only place open was Dominos. I ordered chicken wings for myself and husband and pasta for my daughter. When delivered they did not have my daughters pasta but gave us bread in it's place, I immediately called the delivery guy who said that the manager had informed him that she spoke to me and I agreed to the bread. I called the manager to explain that if I would have agreed to anything it would have been something my daughter could eat for dinner, not bread and I would have preferred more chicken for her. This woman or more like a girl started arguing with me that she spoke to me and that I agreed, it was utterly ridiculous. My husband took the bread to the store and she again argued with him and after ripping up the receipt he provided her, she threatened to call the police on him. It was the craziest experience I've ever had. I was told she and the driver were fired that night as I was not the only person, what bothers me is that the same woman who told me she was fired said she'd be sending me gift cards, never got them and the regional manager who I spoke to personally took my information and guaranteed me a refund on my purchase and I never received it! Therefore Dominos will never get my money again and the White Bear Ave location...
