I was here for work ...i work for uber eats ..i was here i d gotton so ticked i showed when the were closed down to clean and i was told the order was cancelled made me tiked off i made comment you tell a person this that its cancelled now im getting kinda screwed everywhere and i pay for the dead head there uber if it cancelled gives you 3$ but it takes a certain time to do over phone ..so i wisb it wasnt i shuold be comped completey between corporations but none theless i start procedure right dialed.for assistance and was giving she was at my window very pretty and pretty awesome so i made the delivery she was great for finding that order and not cancelling it and bringing it to me quite aways to bring n it to me and pretty and i said that well she was pretty nice smile and hardworking and had been nice job McDonalds and there pretty woman the other staff that comleted that order because that would have been 3 rd cancellationi believe for the night and that customer tipped me so well i needed that. i was out of gas energy and patience from working hard it was just gonna send me home and loan $ from some one i had no one iam grateful.and thank ful and apologize if i was grumppy and wasnt able to be humble cause i didnt allow us to have that experience more this mc d's has always been good to me so thank you much..this Darrin" the surgeon" swanson reporting to you as goggles reviewer and for driveing with my partner uber eats iam the man that motos iam your driver There can only be one!!!!Thank you again mc donalds peace iam outtie here cause where iam going is where i will...

Went here last weekend and ordered at the drive thru with a coupon. When I got to the window, I was asked if there was anything else. I expressed that I was gonna get something else, but was gonna go back thru the drive thru as I didnt want it to interfere with my coupon. He took my order at the window anyeay. So when I get to pick up window, they're not saying "medium drink and medium fry". Im like I ordered such and such. They gave me the bag. Then I say I have another oder and give them the receiot. They say give them the bag back. I do because I think they're just gonna add the other2 burgers to the bag. They hand me a bag and I pull off. Just to look in it and see2 burgers... and they didnt give back my receipt! So I go back around to the drive thru... this is right before closing... and explain what happened.the line is really long at this point. So when I get somewhere near the pay window, the guy shows me that he has my food. I actually get out my car and get it so I can get out the line. But at this point, im too xlose to the car ahead and cant move just yet. Anyway, it was the same food they already took back from me, It was not made...

Ordered online. Was saying it wouldn’t go through so we went inside. Apparently computers were down. Which happens. We were mindful we did have a big order. As our food came out we checked the bags to make sure we had everything. Noticed that our burgers weren’t even fully wrapped, buns and meat sticking out the wrapper. Significant other asked if it was everything I shook my head no. A worker saw me shaking my head and made a statement “you wanna come work then since you’re standing over there shaking your head.” I kindly told them we were missing a Big Mac with extra everything, which was sitting on their counter on their side. And then we were also missing 10 piece McNuggets and the same worker asked if I was sure. I checked it twice, I was sure. She stated she bagged it, I told her we didn’t have it. She ended up giving to us. We could’ve made a big deal out of the service we received. If we could give no stars we would. Never returning to this location. I get it if we have a bigger order but the rude comments weren’t necessary at all. It was a mix up and mix up happens and it happened on their end. A simple “sorry”...
