UPDATE: got a response from the company below. Decided to try again tonight. Still the exact same issue. Waiting over an hour for service. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable from a sno cone and smoothie business. I’ve been to places that make more complicated orders with less than 3 workers and still get service at a reasonable time. It’s nice to know but also very unfortunate, that after reading some reviews that I’m not the only one having issues, and that under staffing is not the problem and just the staffing and management in general. This is my third time at Bahama Bucks, all on different days at different times but with the same poor service. I have already received recommendations for other snow cone places in my area that I’ll be using from now on.
Went through the drive thru for two snow cones. Yes it was a bit busy, 6 cars in front of me and some people inside. After 51 minutes I finally get to the window to pay. I asked what the long wait was for. She said only 3 workers. I can understand a 20-30 minutes wait because of That but not 51. She said they were on a 40 minute wait time at that point. I asked why are they not telling people in the drive thru that before they ordered? That would be really helpful information to know before you waste an hour of your day. Left a review over a year ago and today, clearly the servise has not changed. Tried to give them chance, but never again.
No guidance. No management, and ownership is not even in this zip code.
Walked in today and immediately was told it will be a 15 minute wait. What?? 4 cars in drive through. A total of one table of 4 already eating and one guy waiting for 1 drink. What is causing 15 min wait? Oh that right...organization and no direction or leadership. Corporate will be called. They will probably not be very happy about this lack of change.
They always only have one ice machine going out of 3 total machines. Nice fassad.
5 employees , 3 standing around talking, texting and eating a snowcone. Have the pictures to prove it.
I have left two reviews in my entire life for anything and both of them are for this quagmire.

Used to come here ALL the time several years ago. Poorly poorly ran place. Takes over 25 minutes to get your order if inside, and the drive thru takes forever. Read moreI am EXTREMELY displeased about my recent visits to this location. I was here the other day (03/31), my friend I were happy with our treats and the amount of toppings/flavor ratio to ice. Today we come again and i order a strawberry cheesecake delight and my friend ordered a warhead with caramel, but the topping/flavor ratio this time was awful. my strawberry cheesecake delight was overly saturated with syrup, and my friends treats had little to no caramel in it. Why would you make us pay an extra dollar and an extra two dollars when there’s little to no toppings on it it’s a waste of money and I deserve a refund. another thing the girl at the microphone took over two minutes to even say I’ll be with you in a moment which was OK I let that one go but then I order one thing, and she was unresponsive for a few minutes. After I finished ordering I noticed that I had been sitting there for over 15 minutes waiting on two items. I could see the drive time from my car so I know i’m not over exaggerating. I work at place that sells similar items so i know what it’s like when you’re short staffed, but again, 15 minutes for TWO items and there’s no line in the building nor at drive.
