Just walked out of the store cancelling my order and will not return to this store until it's under better management. We have ordered on a weekly basis now for the last several months and have seen this store spiral out of control in regards to service. We commonly order online and then immediately call to request foil to be placed between a gluten free crust and the pans used for there regular wheat based items. I will say they have honored that request every time (to my knowledge), however the remarks received are unwarranted. Two times previous to tonight they said they originally wouldn't do it because the dough wont cook through properly. I then asked for a manager and he honored, but not without adding "but it's not going to cook through", then hung up. This go around I placed my order and called 17 times, yes 17 times where once it went through then was disconnected from there end. I walked in there and asked if the pizza has begun cooking (carryout this go around) and he said it's not on his screen so yes he believes it's in the oven. I said I need a new pizza because they have disconnected there phones are were not answering. He immediately got defensive and said we're receiving calls and that I didn't call. I showed my 17 calls to him and he just said well calls are coming through (might I add no phone rang during the duration of my visit, hum?). I would personally not trust this Dominoes if you need gluten free, because prior to the remarks starting they used to leave the foil under the pizza confirming it in fact was separated.
Other recent instances occurring are a driver asked me to sign a receipt with an amount of double the cost of my purchase, forgotten drinks, long waits because they couldn't find the house (which hasn't occured after placing special drive instructions on my account), and times they have recommended I call in the order where they claim they will apply your points ( they have failed to do this 3 times now).
In short, this place is a wreck. Customer service at the counter and phone has been nothing but rude, drivers have made several errors, and I definitely don't trust their handling of a gluten free product.

Receipt even said it was meant for somewhere off of Westwood Estates. Immediately called store and advised Jules that the order dropped off was meant for Westwood Estates address and the vegetarian in the household cannot eat anything that was dropped off. She then advised me that there would be a credit for the entire amount added to my account with them due to the error. I even offered to swap order dropped off so the other customers wouldn’t receive a wrong order as well but do to health concerns, could not be done. Totally understandable.. Make the call to do a new order and advise Domino’s that there should be a credit on my account and this is the name of the employee that promised said credit. No credit, nothing was done and was told by the manager legally no credit can be done over $25 and that “Jules” no longer is employed there which is very convenient on there half. Read moreThis location has gone down hill! Everytime we order we have problems. Last night ordered at 6:04, 7:05 I called to see where its at. It got delivered to the wrong address. They said they would give us a discount (after I inquired about it) no discount was given. They said they would have it to us within 25-35min over 40min later they showed up. The time before we did pick up. Said my order was complete, went in said they were cutting it. 30 min later, still waiting. I heard someone say that someone's pizza fell on the floor. No one would tell me what was going on, I finally went out and waited in the car. When they finally brought it out, I asked if it was the one that fell on the floor. Yes it was.
Dominoes makes a huge deal about contactless delivery and covid. No one had a mask covering their mouth or nose in the store. I DO NOT care if they wear masks, but I DO CARE that I was expected to wear a mask, and the store makes a big deal about these precautions.
