Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Saint Peters

Peanut Butter Power Blender is a dream for those who love the flavor of Reese's Peices minus all the hard candy. So cold i got a brain freeze 🥶 and it was 101°. I'm a Foodie. Especially when in comes to my two favorites; Peanut Butter and ice cream. This Blender is spot on. But let me add I saw on the menu they also serve breakfast items! I saw sandwiches, burritos, & Pumpkin or Maple seasonal bakery items oatmeal, & drinks. They serve coffee, latte, ice coffee, slushy to Blender (with a shot of espresso if you don't want it you don't have to get it). Many flavors to choose and combinations to create. My boys and I loved it. So did my mom! That's should tell you something right there. Ha! But you only going to get 3 napkins if you go out of your way to ask for napkins, no spoons. I finally got my oldest sister transferred to up the St. Charles area. She was in Ste Genevieve in a nursing home. She was excited when she got here but then the depression set it when they had to quarantine her. Her test was negative & I actually got visit with her for the the 1st time in 20 months!! She knew I was coming to see her but thought I would have to stand outside the window for our visit & so did I, they told her I was there but didn't tell her I could come in, she thought I was one of the aids till she looked up. Boyvwas she surprised!! She was wanting a 'flavored coffee'. So I went to Scooters they didn't have the Carmel macchiato frappe so the girl suggested their carmel flavored coffee. I've been contemplating about writing this review for months now, but I'm still bothered by the experience.

I used to come to this location a lot. The last time I came, I tried ordering an iced mounds, and I know it's not on the board, but I used to work at a Scooters. I don't know if the tablets they take the orders on are the same, but I wanted to try.

The person taking my order was confused, and I didn't blame them, so I just ordered an almond joy with no almond.

The thing that bothered me about this situation is that all of the employees took turns looking at me, once I got to the window. I could hear them whispering "that's her" inside.
