One star for the rock hard Blondie I received tonight in my Uber Eats order. If that was the only quality available, you could have cancelled the item. And that's where the three stars come from. It shouldn't have been sold. Stating the item was out of stock would have been okay instead of selling what arrived in my bag.

Everything else was great though....

01.30.2025 - So got the craving for Bright Ice again. Ordered food. Stated away from the Blondies. Welp, got my Uber Eats order, and guess what? My order is wrong again :)

Last time I didn't get my refund for the Blondie because Uber said nothing was wrong. I let it go. Now I order something I am craving, and I call due to the mess up. And I get told their system says "Strawberry" and I kept telling him that my order and receipt says Blondie w/Ice Cream. So I'm confused on how this works....

Then I was told to just get my refund from Uber. I informed the young man that I never got a refund for it. And I have proof. Screenshots don't lie. So here we are again . . . And nothing can be done. Funny. How can a store decide not to fix something they clearly messed up? Why not ask me how far do I live? Why not asking me for my address to actually make up for the mistakes? I work in customer service and I am seeing the ice cream doesn't make up for horrible customer service.

Also, I hate strawberry ice cream w/ a passion....

This little ice cream place tucked away on a random corner on 5th Ave N is an absolute gem!

I stopped by today to satisfy my sweet tooth and everything about this place is just, yes!

Once you enter you can’t help but smile from the lights. It has a modern/minimalist feel to it and I love it.

They had variations of some of the more popular flavors. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and the young lady behind the counter was nothing short of amazing. She smiled and greeted me and asked if it was my first time. When I said yes she smile again and said “you can try every flavor if you’d like!” Most places show a face if you try 2 flavors, so this started the experience out on the right foot.

I ended up trying mint with chocolate, brownies and cream and a vanilla sprinkle one (I forgot the name). Honestly, all three were delicious. I ended up going with the brownies and cream because I’m a cookies n cream loyalist 🤭

Anyways, total 5 out of 5. Great ice cream (which is made in the tiny kitchen!), great environment and terrific people working there.

Come here, even if you’re a diabetic. But adjust your insulin...

i have had problems with multiple orders. several times received grainy, gross ice cream, and when i called to report the issue, they blamed it on the delivery driver, saying it probably melted during delivery, that it wasn't stored correctly in transit or took too long, even though it arrived frozen. i threw out at least 4 or 5 full pints of chocolate peanut butter for this. It tasted like was left in the freezer, uncovered, melted, and refrozen. I stopped buying this flavor.

now i receive MINT WITH CHOCOLATE CHUNKS, but there is literally not a single spec of chocolate. it's just mint ice cream. how does this even happen? I suppose the delivery driver took all the chocolate out without leaving a mark?

The place has great reviews, and when things are right, it's delicious. It's it just me? At this point, I'm just throwing away money.

ok, i get the hint. this was my last order. store has never tried to make it right, when i voiced my concerns, so I'm finally leaving a review. I'm done. It takes a lot for me to leave a review like this, but I've been disappointed...
