Iâve been doing Uber Eats for a while now and have had to stop at this Taco Bell countless times for pickups. Honestly, if it werenât for my job, I wouldnât come here at all. This location is one of the worst-run fast food spots Iâve ever dealt with.
I wasnât planning on writing any reviews for this location, but tonightâs incident compelled me to speak up.
Every visit feels the same. Employees stand around, give you looks, and act like acknowledging customers or delivery drivers is beneath them. Iâve politely asked for assistance multiple times, only to be ignored or met with eye rolls and blank stares. It is clear a lot of them do not care about doing their jobs, and management allows it.
The most unacceptable experience happened on my latest visit. While several of us drivers were waiting at the counter, an employee came up to greet someone he personally knew. Instead of handling it professionally, he looked right at the rest of us waiting and very rudely said, âI donât know these crackers.â The way he said it was not a joke. It was dismissive, insulting, and dripping with the attitude that we were not worth his time, like he did not even want to be associated with us.
This kind of behavior is absolutely disgusting. No one should ever be spoken to in such a disrespectful and racist manner. Treating other human beings with disdain and prejudice is a violation of basic human decency. Delivery drivers and customers alike deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and fairness, regardless of race, background, or reason for visiting. Allowing this type of conduct to occur unchecked is deeply troubling.
It is honestly embarrassing that Taco Bell allows employees like this to represent their brand. If management here has any standards at all, they need to retrain or replace staff immediately. Until this location addresses these issues and takes meaningful steps to ensure professionalism, accountability, and human decency, I cannot recommend...
Read moreEvery single time I come to this Taco Bell as of recently (once at like 6pm and this time at 1:30am), the service has been insanely good. Like, hard to process how a fast food place (especially Taco Bell - which I love, but no matter what youâre going to be missing some items and thatâs just part of the experience). But these amazing people at this specific Taco Bell donât even let that happen. I just left with another amazing experience where picking up an online order, the guy first brought out our drinks first so we had those while we waited over in the parking lot. Then shortly after awesome upbeat other guy brings out our food and wishes us a great night. Then a young woman came running out to stop us from leaving because she had one last item that had not initially made it into the bag.
These people go above and beyond.
My visit last month left my friend and I notably impressed by the service - not something one notices with fast food usually.
Whatever these people are doing, Taco Bell needs to take notice, and ensure they are happy. And they deserve some sort of award (legitimately. These people are acing everything and are positive, polite/respectful, and funny while they ace your order while going above and beyond.
Award these people. Pay them more. They make Taco Bell look and taste amazing. And they make the drive through experience an awesome one (which⌠should not be possible? Not that driving through is bad⌠bad drive through should not happen. But when you and everyone else you know whoâs been leaves talking about how amazing the Taco Bell is, itâs weirdly notable in...

When I was about to pay for it, a rude nasty employee started screaming that the dining hall is closed (wasnât 10 yet) and to âget the F outâ when explained my order was completed and I just had to pay for it, she said â I donât care, we closed, yâall need to get out da dining roomâ
Several people were waiting for food, and another customer was ordering as well. One of her OWN employees said out loud âI know we closed but you donât gotta be rude like thatâ to the rude employee which was met with âion Fâin CARE!â
Just a delightful experience, I donât recognize this new worker and I was here multiple times a week, but congratulations you lost me as a customer , Iâm not stepping foot back in there to be treated like that again nor would I give this establishment my money afterwards. Iâm already annoyed I spent $100 here in gift cards for the holidays, I hope the recipients donât come to this one.
If management cares to do anything out it, this was Sunday 1/16 at 9:55-10pm. Sheâs the pudgy dark skin woman with short hair, and judging by that temper and attitude this isnât your first complaint about her. Donât let her ruin your establishment further, your other employees recognized that was inappropriate and apologized on her behalf as she was still in rampage mode. This location USED to be one of the better & more reliable...
