Jeremiah the new manager was awesome. Listen folks, have some compassion for food delivery businesses post pandemic. No one wants to work, either in Gen Z or millennials and I don’t blame them. You don’t receive a living wage and everybody expects you to bend over backwards for them and do every job in the store or establishment. High anxiety and stress with not a very high reward scale to offset.
When there’s a new manager at Domino’s, trust me I used to work there, that means they’ve tossed that manager into the flaming pan while flambéed!
Anyway I got a delivery a couple of days ago and toppings were missing from my pizza that were clearly on the receipt. Jeremiah answered the phone when I called about it. He was super apologetic and accommodating. He explained he had a new trainee. I understand people quit daily at Domino’s. It’s a fast paced energy draining environment and you have to keep up while being accurate. Good help is hard to find.
Jeremiah is good. He issued me a $5 credit for the missing toppings on my pizza. Which is all I wanted considering I didn’t want Jeremiah to waste one of his driver’s time sending me an entire new pizza for free. and.. Boom! Instantaneously satisfied customer. Super easy. He listened and took action. He cared enough to care about me as a customer, and my order… Sometimes showing you care, makes all the difference in life and in your work.
I went in for carryout today to cash in on my $5 credit. I happened to met Jeremiah in person, he personally made my pizza exactly how I ordered it to perfection. Thanks Jeremiah. Domino’s owes you a...
Read moreReview #2- My young children had to wait way past their bedtime for their dinner to arrive. So, we ordered pizza and wings. We ordered at 615pm, food was delivered at 740pm. Pizza was so burnt and NO SAUCE, the entire pizza was crunchy and hard enough to tap on the table. Half the pizza had toppings. It took me over an hour to get them on the phone. They finally answer and said they will send out the pizza again. It was then 940pm when we received the pizza for our children. By this time, we ended up making food for them at home. We order once every week or two. This will be the last time we order from Dominos.
Whoever prepared our food clearly didn’t care.
Review #1- We order from this place quite a few times a week. For some reason they always forget or mess up something. Last week we ordered 16 wings and got 14. We ordered mild and got barbecue flavor. They forget sauce, etc. what bothered me is the delivery driver a couple nights ago left our food near the top of the stairs of our apartment complex, not even close to our door. Anyone could have walked up and took it. Good thing my daughter walked out and seen it and brought it in. I would order elsewhere but it’s the only place close by that will deliver. We love dominos but this location doesn’t pay attention to their orders as...
Read moreThis dominos has been messing up my order and bringing the food over an hour late multiple times. I have had enough and I am never giving this horrible pizza parlor my business ever again. I am beyond upset, because I work all week every week and when I decide to spend some money to reward myself and family they come an hour late, mess up my order and there’s nothing I can do about it at that point. 0/10 never waste your money here! Make your own homemade pizza!
Update: almost 2 weeks ago I received an email from the GM to reach out so we could find a resolution. I received a phone call from the store and they told me they would refund my full order and they would put a credit on my account. They said it would take 24 hours. It has been almost 2 weeks and I never got my money back or received a credit on my account. I told them that if they want me to take down my 1 star review, they need to refund me and I would order again and if the order was right I would update my review. Since they did not come to a resolution with me, I will never order from here again and this review will be permanent. DO NOT GIVE THEM...
