DO NOT EAT HERE: I called in to place a order for 8 sandwiches. The girl taking the order struggled with it. She was confused. We made it through the ordering process, now we wanted to find out the total amount to be paid and she got very RUDE. She said "HOLD ON" and put me on hold. After a few moments a man came on the line to complete the order. He said " Sorry, she had to go out for delivery how may I help you?" He explained he was the MANAGER. I said I am finished ordering and was wanting on the totals. He explained that his employee did it all wrong, she didn't know what she was doing. I was stunned as this is a manager bashing his employee which is not good business ethics. So he explained to redo our entire order. So again I went over all 8 sandwiches, each with their own condiments and veggies as I have some employees who are allergic to certain foods. Finally he finishes all the orders. We go over the totals. He asks if he can give us free cookies and I said you don't have too. He said well I want to give you them for all the mistakes and trouble you have gone through, and for the girl messing everything up. I explained that is fine but please make sure there are condiments with the order. After waiting a half hour the delivery girl arrives more confused then the girl who took my order in the first place. (Maybe she was the one who took the order and messed it up) She had no clue what the total was and the pricing. I explained I spoke with the MANAGER and know exactly what the totals are. She was rude. Then didn't have change. Had to run out to get change but instead of going out the same door she came in she walks right into the owners office rudely. After the fiasco of getting our food and paying her we bring it all back to find out all the orders were wrong. I have a #4 and they didn't put cheese on it. I ordered 3 #5 with no onions due to employees and allergies, all had onions. Also no condiments, no napkins, and no cookies. As a large corporation who caters to our employees and makes many meal purchases for them this will definitely be scratched off the list. I mean I would've been fine if they could have got the orders right. Now i have all these sandwiches to throw away and a bunch of hungry employees. If your manager, staff, and drivers cannot perform the job then they should not be in the position. It makes me frustrated to say the least. NO STARS. WORST...
Read more100% Fast, 0% Accurate; I only get 30 minute for lunch which is why I thought I'd try the place that always promotes how FAST they are. I ordered the Unwich add avocado, provolone, Dijon, and oregano for pickup. Granted it was ready when I stepped in the store. I head back to work, sit down to enjoy and realized it felt really light. Not one of the things I asked them to add was on my order --although it was clearly written on the ticket. Would have been fine except there is an up-charge for the avocado and cheese. I have to get back in my car and go back to the store. 15 minutes gone because now there is also a line. I inform the clerk my order was wrong. She passes my receipt to another employee. That employee heads over to another register and processes my refund and says to me "Here is your receipt in case your bank doesn't put your money back on your card". (The competence of my bank is not what's in question). There wasn't so much as a 'sorry for our mistake, for ruining your lunch...is there any way we can accommodate you?' Nothing. I am not looking for anyone to shutdown the line on my behalf but where is the basic customer service. Read moreI think $10 and change is a fair price for an 8" sub sub, a bag of chips and a 20 oz soda. Especially nowadays where businesses seem to be just price gouging the consumer for everything.
I didn't think I'd like the bread it looked so pale & stale compared to other places... but it was pretty good. As a whole the sandwich tasted good. Would have given 4 stars but I thought 3 slices of roast beef was a little stingy. I understand I get what I pay for... but you as a business need to understand we're coming there for a sandwich not a snack. My other issue was the tomatoes as they were a little to ripe, soft and mushy.
Atmosphere was a little sad as I was there at 6pm (dinner rush on a Saturday) and there was only one customer inside there besides me. You'd think the employee's would be happy to see me as I put money into the business. Maybe try to make me want to come back and spend more money. Tell some friends and write a good review to get their money too. Sad to say though like most places today there is no customer service. I was just treated below average. Just a simple greeting and no thank you.
