The worst customer service ever!!! Do not order from here. I placed a large ordered for a Fun Friday at work that turned into the opposite. The prices listed online is not the true prices. What should have been a $72 order turned into a $90.95 order. As the delivery guy came to deliver our food we went down the list of orders and paid him. We did not open the containers to make sure what we ordered was what we received. Through out the day as staff were eating their food they found that not all items were there that they paid for. After determining this opon my lunch hour 4 hrs from when we received our food I called to speak with a manager. I ended up speaking to the delivery guy who was beyond rude. He did not want to give me the managers name or help me. So I called the second number listed on the receipt. Guess who answers the delivery guy. He stated "didn't I just tell you... I had to interrupt and tell him "you do not talk to me that way" what type of customer service is this! The so called Manager Amy called me back and her resolution was to apologize for the individual who took our order who didn't understand us and to compensate the items that were missing. Used to order from this place a lot when at work. ALWAYS tipped generously on top of the delivery fee. Noticed the prices would change though I ordered the same thing EVERY time! Some coworkers decided to order one night and our phones had been on a different mode at the station (so we honestly wouldn't hear incoming calls). The delivery guy was so rude about us not answering. We'd honestly did not hear the phones as they were silenced. The next day I wanted to order as I didn't the previous night with my coworkers. The guy on the phone started YELLING at me to answer my phone when they call etc. after I'd given my address. The establishment has lost my business and the business of my coworkers as well. I order from time to time because there is not a lot of Chinese places around here! so i order today and when i got home with my food it was the wrong order. I called then to let them know that my order was wrong, there respond was come to back and pick up my right order, mind you we are having a tropical storm and the roads are flooded any how i went back and took the wrong food. i was then informed that i have to pay for chicken wings which i had already paid and pick up n that my food is not ready, when i told them that i paid for my food there attitude was disgusting, so i left my paid food because they started to get nasty and refused to accepted that they were wrong.
