Ordered two coffees at the drive-thru. The attendant asked if we would like those hot, to which I replied "yes please". Got to the window rather slowly even though there was only a few cars before us. Sat at the window for nearly 5 minutes before anyone took my payment. Then waited another several minutes. Then one of the window attendants told us that they were having issues getting the orders correct. Then she handed me two iced coffees and I politely told her that we ordered both of ours hot. She retorted it would be a couple of minutes and we would need to pull to the front and wait for our drinks. No problem. I know its a new store and these things happen from time to time. While waiting out front, the kid who took our initial order came walking out holding our two coffees, looking angry and unwelcoming, we ordered two hot coffees but his customer service was cold. He handed me the coffees without saying a word and I still thanked him regardless. He didn't say a word nor offer a smile, he turned and trudged back into the store. Absolutely rude customer service and horrible wait times. This was my first and last time at a Starbucks. I will spend the extra time dealing with pleasant local coffee shops such as Kahwa or Bandit...
Read moreIn this day age of mobile ordering being what typically creates a smooth and effectively efficient customer experience... this location couldn't have been further from such an experience.
Ordering 15 minutes ahead of arrival, I walk in to see the store filled with other mobile orders waiting... already not a good sign. So 20 mins go by, and I still don't have my order, meanwhile others have been waiting as well, with no explanation of why or any attempt of guest service recovery. Alas after almost 30 mins, I finally get my to go order, only to find that when asked for No Whip (due to dietary restrictions) I in fact had a mound of whip cream on mine, when the mobile label clearly stating NO whip... so standing there waiting for someone to correct the order, I was ignored, and ended up scraping off the whip and 1/4 of my drink into the trash, with no lid, and more so NO acknowledgment of anything to me nor to anyone else also excessively waiting.
Save yourself the time, and don't waste your time on this location and poor over...
Read moreAWFUL. Like "so bad" it's not photo-worthy. SPOILER: Go to the Dunkin, about a block down. First, I'm cut-off in he parking lot 3 times within 20 feet...oh the c*-baggery! and I wasn't even trying to get in the drive thru line, which was hella long and even dicier. The line inside was no better, so you'd think the cashier wouldn't spend 5+min chatting with each customer about those glasses, today's weather, or some artsy earrings and where did they get them? I love personable employees, but that's out of line when there's a mega-queue, inside and out! To top it off, NO CONDIMENTS! There's no sugar, cream, cinnamon, etc. directly available to customers. Hello? Who do you think your base is Starbacks? The answer is caffeined-out control freaks who want to pour their own sugar. I couldn't get the right proportions without having to wait again to ask an employee so I tossed it and found the Dunkin' down the street - much happier and nicer people! 🙏If...
