★★★★★ Pagoda just pulled up on the fast-casual scene like, “Chipotle, move over, the real flavor has arrived.”
Been wondering for years why nobody thought to hit us with an Asian Chipotle-style joint, and now that Pagoda’s here? It’s like they read my mind… and then upgraded the recipe.
I got the Korean BBQ steak bowl, and it came out PACKED. This bowl was disrespectful. Stuffed with protein, veggies, and rice like it owed me something. I felt like I was holding a dumbbell, not lunch.
Staff? Solid. They knew I was a first-timer and guided me through the menu like I was choosing a starter Pokémon. Much appreciated.
Now here comes the heat: No cheese option? In this economy? I need my creamy umami sauce game elevated. And no spicy mayo?? That’s like building an empire and forgetting the throne. Just saying.
But all love,I’ll be back. Frequently. Possibly too much. Pagoda’s that new wave, and I’m riding it straight to flavor town with...
Read moreOne job. Put the food we ordered in a bag. My fault for not double/triple checking the bag before we departed. Drove 20 mins to try out the food, ordered a couple bowls and a couple egg rolls. Half the order was missing. Called to let them know, and they acknowledged they forgot to put all the items in the bag. Honest mistake, it happens. The manager was put in the phone to refund the missing items. Why I’m giving the service 1*, was all anyone I spoke with had to say was “I’m sorry”. A smple apology for the oversight. Nope, nothing. That’s such a shame. Food was cold, tasted okay tho.
UPDATE: Spoke with manager who agreed to refund missing items AND the tip amount (no tip was warranted since order was incomplete and incorrect) Tip amount WAS NOT refunded. Again, Pagoda Asian Grill fell short of...

The chicken is made with thigh meat, but it was dry and completely lacking in flavor. The noodles were also cold and dry, and all of the vegetables were either raw or had no seasoning—just cold, unseasoned ingredients thrown together.
We were given two sauces on the side, teriyaki and peanut, but even after drenching the bowls in sauce, it didn’t make the food taste any better.
I’m not sure if I caught them on an off day or if this is just how the food is meant to be, but I wouldn’t recommend it. There are much better options nearby, like Chipotle, if you’re looking for a more flavorful and...
