I have been to this venue several times, and they only keep getting better and better! We found them one day when walking on the Pinellas trail and have been visiting since.
We recently got married and we used this space for our rehearsal dinner. The first month of planning was rough, BUT then they hired the new manager Chris. Chris was such a blessing. Super organized, very respectful and responsive for an anxious bride. He was on site for our event and always happy to answer questions or find solution throughout the evening!
Huge shout out to chef Reyes who FREAKING crushed the buffet table with our favorite food items. He was even able to last minute get a birthday cake for my grandma who was unexpectedly able to attend right before she turned 90! And dude that Caprese salad, are you kidding me, it is unreal!
Reese at the bar created the PERFECT craft cocktail (the Mr and Mrs) and every drink was as perfect as the last in both taste and presentation. There were other staff member and I don’t remember all of them, but I do remember Hannah behind the bar being calm in an overwhelming situation, and always helpful.
If I had any negative thing to say it would be the bar wait time was a little long. But when 50-100 people all show up at the same time, that is understandable to me.
Overall, my rehearsal dinner was exactly as I pictured it being but somehow even better! I love this venue and I’m so excited about how they plan to grow and expand and really create a community space that is welcoming for everyone (and their dogs 😜).
Thank you again to this venue, would...
Read moreLet me preface this by saying that I really want to love this place. I live in the neighborhood and was really excited to see the distillery thriving and expanding. The atmosphere here is beautiful. The service leaves quite a bit to be desired. There is one bartender who wears a basketball necklace - she is excellent. The other bartenders were exceedingly rude to me during my visit. When I walked up to order a drink, the bartender rolled her eyes and sighed. She then informed me that they were out of ingredients for most of their signature cocktails. Even after agreeing to a simpler drink and being friendly to her, she continued to be short and roll her eyes. I expect MUCH better service for $15 a drink. This is my third time giving this place a go and leaving disappointed and having spent too much money. Here’s hoping they can pull it together because it’s a beautiful spot and the distillery makes great spirits.
One last note - the food area stopped serving before 8pm and we were not able to get the dinner we came for. Overall, there just seems to be a lack of direction...
Read moreIf you love spirits and liquor cocktails, this is a great spot for you! It’s like the brewery concept but with spirits instead of beer. There really aren’t other drink options. The food is provided by a food truck and was decent. The outdoor seating is cool and the decor is colorful and fun. It’s fun to ride your bike here, as it’s right off the trail. This time I tried the pizza, it was a pie with peaches, bacon, pesto and arugula. Pretty good. The coconut crusted onion rings were tasty too. Drinks are $15 and...
