Meeting Jake remotely at first and then in person at his gym in St Petersburg Florida was absolutely fundamental to my current training routine. At first he gave me some pointers remotely and directed me to a book for guidance and routines to follow. These made a huge difference and gave me the understanding and method for my growth.
The in-person instruction (a few months later) was fundamental to my current routine, sharpening the sword on technique which has made a huge difference in my gains in muscle mass and certainty that I can avoid injury in the future. I was intimidated by gyms and trainers but I started working out with Jake a few months ago and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. This is a journey for me, a work in progress, but I already see results within a couple of months from when I started with Jake.
