She made me a wonderful syrup of elderberry, echinacea, rishi mushroom and a bunch of other plants that really helped with our cold and cough. My daughter got it first and I started giving it to her twice a day and then decided I should take it cuz I usually catch everything she gets. I ended up catching it but it was super minor and lasted about a day and a half for me and not all week long. So incredibly pleased with the product. We even checked trader Joe's and whole foods and read the ingredients they put in their product total rubbish.
