I received an email this morning asking to come back and see this facility in their new location. I was absolutely that I received this email And I had the option to provide a review. Last year, my mom, my sister and I arrived at the shop when they said they were open and had booked an appointment online. No one was present when we showed upā¦they called us and we waited for the woman to show up. The woman was very nice but she did not provide any advice on how fragile an anklet would be. My mom spent over $250 on three anklets and both hers and my sisters fell off THE NEXT DAY. Mine fell off within three days. My moms fell off first, after traveling back home to Illinois, and was gone. When I called the salon, They informed me that They could fix the anklet if we still had the chain for $10 Or we could buy a completely new chain for FULL PRICE. These anklets lasted LESS THAN 48 HOURS before they fell off and the owner could not be bothered to provide better customer service. I didnāt even bother contacting her for the other two anklets, since she clearly didnāt care her jewelry didnāt last a single day much less a week. I encouraged my mom to dispute the charge since she spent close to $300 and the service was despicable however my mom was very upset and just wanted to forget about the experience since these anklets were in honor of my disabled brotherās death and we had such a bad experience. FYI donāt keep unsatisfied customers on your email list! BUYER BEWARE! BAD...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTraining with Flash and Fuse isn't 'just' a training course. Never in my 20+ years of trainings / certifications have I ever come across another professional so extremely committed to the quality of their courses and success of their students. When I began my journey to opening my permanent jewelry small business I reached out to a handful of training courses available. Athena was the only trainer who replied personally, while every other reply was auto generated. I knew at that point, her course was the one I was going to invest in. The curriculum Athena has created is top-notch. I chose to attend the in person course and am so thankful I had the opportunity to work with someone who is 100% invested in the product she has created (course) and has the skillset of a master permanent jewelry welder. Your training doesn't end with online courses or in person training, you will be a part of a community of fellow trainees of Athena's that is consistently receiving updated information and guidance / feedback from her. I am excited to continue my training with advanced courses Athena will soon be offering. I will always, hands down, recommend Flash and Fuse's training courses and after you have completed training, so will you! Make the investment in yourself to work with Athena, you will find success in the commitment you make to your new...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst of all this was a rescue mission. I had a machine, chain and I was ready to start. The thing was I was having trouble getting the guidance I needed from the people I was suppose to be getting it from. After sitting with the machine, tank and regulator for 5 days I reached out to Flash and Fuse to purchase the online training. It wasnāt live at this time but as soon as it was I got it. In the mean time the owner bent over backwards to help me try to figure things out.
The video is clear, there is plenty of information on soldering and the argon gas tank (my biggest issue) and the best part⦠thereās a workbook that helps guide you on a business end (if you donāt already have one.) She also provides you with a long list of wholesalers to purchase chain from.
I will be purchasing the Orion because the machine I have isnāt as good and doesnāt come with the dimmer.
She literally saved me and continues to be professional...
