The Mad Monk — Attraction in Saint Petersburg

The Mad Monk is quite the singular experience. If you make it out to one of their events, you'll be quite entertained and perhaps somewhat perplexed as the experience itself can be quite disorienting. However, this is meant in a good way. The regulars are often truly bordering on the eccentric; they embrace their madness as they are surrounded by a world of antiques, art, and kitsch, and engulfed by whatever strange, and rather rhapsodic, music is performed in the background.
