To Whom it may concern,
I live near that Arbys and use to frequent that fast food establishment but as of today not anymore. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for an over expensive roast beef combo that didn't even have the common soft drink Dr. Pepper. That 20 minutes also included 2 cars in front of me leaving the line after placing their order. The only person that looked as if he cared was the manager and the others walked around in circles looking like they should be in a filming of the The Walking Dead. Now I'm sure this complaint means nothing since Covid had shut down this country and for some reason no one wants to work anymore and how they can do that is beyond me. But if my name was associated with this place I would be embarrassed. You might as well close this place because you will be losing more and more money due to poor managing.

Manager was talking with a customer who ordered $47 order that was paid via ap and he says they didn't have it as did another person and with all the inconvenience to them which was on their part for erasing order said there wasn't anything he could do. When we finally put my order in they got my burger wrong and I was waiting for them to make another they didn't bother to. I requested my money back for my order that wasn't given and they did reimburse me and made another burger but it wasn't good.. Must have been short staffed but this place was not busy at this time. Manager should have given order to other customers and comp it for as long as they waited. As the General Manager they are authorized to do so. I will never go to this particular Arby's again. Read moreI was setting in line behind a car at the speaker. He had California licence plates. We set there so long the guy shut his car off and turned off his headlights. After about 12 to 15 minutes of setting in line I drove around him and went to the window. I told the girl at the window she had a long line of cars waiting to order one at the speaker. She said sorry we had a big order. I can hardly fathom that they would leave somebody sitting at the speaker without taking their order for so long and letting a line build-up like that.
I didn't order i left. That restaurant is super slow in the evenings everytime I've stopped, but never have i ever seen that. I have been manager in fast food and in no way shape or form could that be tolerable. You need to train your people better to be prepared. ...
