Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Salem

I asked for a scoop of gold medal ribbon on a chocolate dipped cone, she gave me one with sprinkles on it instead. She did not speak very good English and I don't know Spanish. She did not even scoop ice cream into the cone just the top part and I'm sorry but paying $4 something for the cone and not even recieving the one I want plus it was not even full of ice cream is quite a rip off in my opinion. I usually never have a problem here but I even told her I didn't ask for the cone with sprinkles and was given just a cone she didn't fix her mistake or offer to scoop the ice cream into a cone and how was I suppose to put it into the cone? I guess since all she did was throw a scoop on top of the cone I could have smashed it onto the top myself and gotten it all over myself. Not impressed with my visit...

This location seems to have an issue with staying open until their posted closing time. I've been here multiple times, well before their posted closing time of 10pm, only to find the doors locked, sometimes over an hour before they were supposed to close. Tonight, the staff was inside at the counter, laughing as multiple customers were greeted by locked doors at just after 9pm. I'm not sure if this is the manager's decision, or if it is just the mediocre staff deciding they don't want to work anymore, but from a customer's perspective, it is quite irritating. Went in at 9:30 and figured we would be fine since it was still 30 min before closing . Waited 5 mins to be helped as they were with other customers. My wife ordered her ice cream and got hers. I then said I wanted a Vanilla malt and was told there were told by the manager to not do drinks late so theyget out in time?!!!
