Saved My Day !!!!!..☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Today was a really bad day .. I locked my keys in my car. . I ha d to pay 120$ for a lock Smith .. I was late picking my kids up from daycare by the time I promised my 3 boys I would due to a traffic accident that had me on I5 for 2hrs just to get off the nearest exit . I picked then up a pizza left my debit card on the counter and when I thought my Day Could NOT GET ANY WORSE!!! I went to the Dutch bros by my house and order a coffee to pick me up from feeling blue . So I could clean my house all this in my day off then I start FREAKING OUT. !!! "Where's my debit card "? Back at the pizza place where I forgot it. . So when I'm tearing up with anxiety and stress since it's been a really bad day and seems like it's staying that way ....I tell the Dutch bros worker with glasses and such a calm nature ..that "I'M REALLY SORRY I'LL BE RIGHT BACK PROMISE I LEFT MY CARD BK AT THE PIZZA PLACE AND AS I'M GETTING READY TO DRIVE AWAY. .""" he says in a positive calm attitude. .."it's going to be OK .. " take your coffee and relax and come back when ever you can we will be here when ever you can make it back "..he hands me my coffee and smiles and says it's not a problem at all we will see you later ") ..SERIOUSLY FOR ME THAT CHANGED MY ☆☆☆WHOLE DAY !! ENOUGH FOR ME TO STOP CRYING BECAUSE I'M STRESSED BUT TO START CRYING BECAUSE that little moment really Ment a WHOLE LOT TO ME ♡♡♡☆☆☆☆☆☆!!! THANKS GUY AT DUTCH BROS WITH GLASSES AND A GREAT DARK TAN FOR MAKING ME FEEL BETTER AND SHOWING COMPASSION. WISH I WOULD OF GOT YOUR NAME. Read moreI did NOT want a WATERED-DOWN espresso!
Let’s get one thing straight: a black drip coffee and an americano are NOT the same thing. Drip coffee is brewed by slowly filtering hot water through ground coffee, creating a smooth, balanced flavor. An americano is espresso shots DILUTED with hot water—totally different taste and strength.
I ordered a medium black drip coffee from the girl outside with the tablet. She asked if we wanted room for cream, and I said no—just a black coffee. At no point did she say it would be an americano instead of drip.
When we got to the window and the barista said, “Here’s your americano”. I told her I didn’t order that—I asked for regular black drip coffee. Her response? Nothing helpful. No apology. No offer to fix it. Just handed it over like it was no big deal.
Well, it is a big deal. If I’d known they were going to give me something I didn’t want, I wouldn’t have paid for it. The person taking orders should’ve clarified that they don’t even serve drip coffee. Instead, I paid for something I specifically didn’t want.
Super frustrating experience. Dutch Bros—do better. Be honest and upfront...
Read moreI went here for a morning coffee like I usually do, and I pulled up in the right lane of their two lane system. After I pulled in, a red car pulls up AFTER me in the left lane. There are no runners, so I wait for the cars at the window to move, and then pull forward cause it was my turn to go. Immediately upon pulling up, tall guy with a man bun runner comes out and says the red car was here first and I need to back up. I said no, they weren't. He said "everyone is saying that he was here first so I gotta take everyone else's side so if you could please back up". Since I wasted about 12 minutes of my time I ended up leaving without ordering so I was on time to work. Not sure if the person in the red car is a regular who this particular runner liked, or what but I will never be coming back to this Dutch Bros after basically being called a liar and gaslit by everyone who thought the other guy was there first. Thanks for...
