This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever endured. After placing a mobile order, I was forced to wait an outrageous 45 minutes to an hour for service, while other customers had already been waiting over 1 hour and 45 minutes. The staff, including the manager, ignored guests entirely, showing no urgency, professionalism, or basic courtesy.
When approached, the manager not only failed to address the situation but instead shifted blame onto the customers, accusing them of mistakenly ordering to the wrong location. Even when presented with order numbers proving otherwise, he doubled down on his dismissive and rude attitude. No apology, no solutions—just condescension and outright hostility.
To make matters worse, the manager made no visible effort to assist his overburdened staff or improve the rapidly deteriorating customer experience. Instead, he told both myself and other frustrated customers that we would need to wait yet another hour for our orders.
This establishment is not just poorly managed; it’s an absolute disaster. The environment was unprofessional, chaotic, and completely disrespectful to paying customers. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, mistreated, and wasting hours of your time.

How pathetic are your employees to repeatedly screw up what people pay for and your owners fail to make it right. Forget this place and the owner. I hope it closes due to shotty service. Update: went back reluctantly and as usual. Bought a ton of food for 1 person and ask for a lot of mild sauce... they give me 2 packets. Thinking ok maybe they forgot I ask for more mild sauce and I leave the bag out, dude dumps fire sauce in the bag. Shouldn't have to double check they performed their job correctly after literally requesting the exact sauce they need to reach for. Done with this location. It turned into crap like the cave spring location. While waiting for my food the manager and coworkers get into an argument causing the manager to act like a toddler and quit. Shortly after the same coworker that got into an argument with the manager gets into another argument with one of the cooks who also quits. Read moreI placed an online order for dining room pickup expecting to avoid their perpetually oversized line, especially since I was in a hurry. Upon arrival I went to the dining room door to find it locked. An associate pointed and mouthed what I assumed to be go through the drive through. The drive through was backed into the neighboring street, roughly 12 cars or so. Since I was in a hurry i tried to cancel my online order. That wasn't going to happen, so I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Over 40 minutes I waited. For 2 G.D. been burritos!! I was a little vociferous in voicing my disgust, too which the manager responded, "we are short staffed, if you don't like it fill out an application." I was never b asked if I wanted any sauce either.
It is not my fault you can't attract or retain help. Your business will fail apparently due to your refusal to pay commensurate. This is not my fault. Your lack of foresight in hiring is not my fault. Your lack of thought in potentially turning off your online orders is not my fault.
