Kikis Chinese Food — Restaurant in Salem

Great Chinese restaurant and fantastic services. Very ethical in the way they conduct themselves at the restaurant. I am a customer and would always go there whenever I feel like having Chinese meal. Something happened that I felt I must share with anyone reading this. I got there as usual bought my food came home to eat my food. Apparently, I left the store forgetting my wallet at the desk I sat when I was waiting for my order. I just didn’t remember where I had left my wallet . I searched everywhere at home, asked my wife and my son if they saw my wallet. I panicked got really worried the whole day. So the next day I decided I must trace my steps driving to everywhere I had visited the previous day. And one them was the Chinese restaurant. I decided to go ask them and to my surprise, the manager saw my wallet and kept it for me. I called and ordered food. Went to pick it up. I understand its busy because of covid19. So I wait 10 to 15 minutes in line once I get there. No big deal. The big deal is once I pay they tell me they gave my food to someone else (I believe they gave it to doordash). They refused to do anything about it. They just yelled back and forth in Chinese because they knew I wouldn't understand. No discount nothing. Just said they would make it again really quick. What other choice did I have, I already paid. I think Kiki's has the best Chinese food on the North shore actually I've eaten Chinese food in a lot of places and still prefer to go to Kiki's they have a super poo poo platter for that is amazing they give you so much at such a great price and there don't make you wait for so long for the food when you call in they always tell you 10 minutes and if they're really busy maybe 15 minutes but the people that work in there are the most friendliest and politest people it's my go-to Chinese restaurant of all places to go to The food is always hot always good and fresh if you could give it more than five...
