The manager...ASHLYNN, I believe was her name, was so rude in her tone and behavior with me, she only filled our fries buckets up half way. I had to pay two seperate times because even though I went through the order with the cashier who was new she forgot to charge me for two drinks and 2 fries. Hey that's your mess up, we already went through this order 5 times, so I paid seperate for what your cashier missed even though she assured me it was there. 35.02 first payment then an additional 7.20 for your screw up. Then again only half filled cold fries and warm soda even with ice. I'm absolutely disgusted and dissatisfied with this McDonalds. You want customers but then you treat them with such disregard you dont even bother to try and fix your own mistake you make the customer pay for it.Really, that's such "wonderful customer service" NOT ! I was raised the customer is always right and you should do all you can to keep buisness and repeat customers. Big Fail. Get some new managers who know how to handle and speak to customers, who can learn how to satisfy a situation, not make it worse with tone and attitude. Just because you're a manager doesn't make you high and almighty. What's more... I could have been a secret shopper, an auditor, a health inspector, or a district manager or regional manager..or even from Corporate..you never know who someone might beđ..buisness ethics? Get some! If the review readers really want their voice heard...keep your receipt and go to Mcdvoice and write 1200 words or less what the issue was you had. Dont be affraid to get the managers name. Use the code on the top of your receipt to access it. Mine was heard. And it will give the corporate office time to review and change how this store is being ran. This was not my first and only problem with this...
Read moreTo whomever owns/ runs this franchise, I would like to point out some things to be worked on.
-Food time stamps: Many times now I have ordered an apple pie with the sticker saying "Enjoy by 12:00pm" or whatever the time may be, and the current time being up to as 4 hours past said time. That means they were cooked and have been sitting for more than 4 hours without being tossed which I believe is a violation as the temping has long passed and is no longer safe for consumption. Shame on whoever runs it here, that's an awful work ethic you have. -Training: on simple items such as Iced Coffee may be something on the to-do list, as its hard to order a regular iced coffee and actually receive the correct order. As someone who has worked for McDonalds in the past for over 2 years, It is not difficult to teach your workers the importance of how to make these iced coffees. I'm unsure if this store has them. but there are signs of how many pumps of sugar and creamer go into each iced coffee size, and its easy to tell that these workers have no clue in terms of what they're doing. It's not hard, but if not trained then its not their fault.
-Reading orders back: it may not be something considered as mandatory, but it'll save you more time and customers the headache for refunds since their employees cannot do it correctly.
I know it doesn't look like much, but wow does it make a difference. Especially if you receive food past its enjoy by time, that means it was just sitting in the heater this whole time until you bought it because they made too many in the beginning of the day.
Mcdonalds you looking for Managers? Hire me so I can clean...
Read moreI want to start by saying that Google has really restrictive practices. I would give this establishment not half a star, not zero stars, but in fact the metaphysically impossible negative 5 stars. It's that bad. Reason? Veronica.
Today I stopped in for a simple request: 2 McDoubles. What I got: an earful of MALARKEY from Veronica. Look, I know what I'm gonna get at McDonald's. It's not the Olive Garden, It's not Hell's Kitchen, and it's for damn sure not Five Guys. But. Here in America, we have expectations. My expectation is to go into a place and NOT hear a supervisor, manager, or part-time janitor talking down to another employee. First off, learn the language and ditch the accent (this isn't the Love Boat, and you aren't Charo). This cute, hard-working blonde gal up front with nice jugs was being downgraded by Veronica. For minimum wage, if somebody talked to me like that, they'd find themselves ball-gagged & placed back over the border.
That being said, another negative facet of this restaurant was the situation in the men's room, and I don't mean the dude from Jersey Shore. Apparently a homeless gentleman was using the wi-fi to stream some adult content to his device and was, ah, masturbating furiously. Food, folks, and fun, indeed.
This place doesn't hold up to the standards that Ray Kroc set in 1955. I'm pretty sure he didn't want a bunch of mexicans talking jibberish in the back when you came in to get your Big Mac and Happy Meal. So, I'm going to ask them all to, you know, go on ahead and go back. You...
