I placed my order at 5:37pm and got my food at 6:25. An almost 50 minute wait time for a watery calzone and 3 pasta shells is CRAZY. I paid $31 for my two items and would NOT pay that again for what I got. Figured the wait is whatever as long as the food smacked but to bring the food home after almost waiting an hour just to have it be disappointing? NAH. You can get 2 calzone’s at Winco for $14 for the price of 1 here ($15) and they taste way better and are not soggy. It’s just so whack to me that the calzone was dripping when I picked it up LMAO. Besides paying $15 for a soggy calzone, I also had the pleasure of laying $15 for THREE stuffed pasta shells. The flavor was not bad (4/10) but you can easily get microwaved pasta that’s better than what I had. If you’re there to play lottery, their set up is cool and i’m sure you’d have a good time but as far as food goes I would NOT recommend this place to anyone (for Calzones and Shell Pasta). I didn’t try their pizza but after trying these 2 dishes i’m never coming back here again. Service was OK but could of been better (they checked on me once after waiting 30 minutes lol)

I recently dined at Michelangelo’s Italian Restaurant, and it was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion. The menu featured a wide range of traditional Italian dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the sauces were rich and flavorful. The garlic bread was a standout—crispy and buttery! Service was attentive without being intrusive, although it got a bit busy during peak dining hours. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which was helpful for first-time visitors. Overall, Michelangelo’s is a fantastic choice for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy setting. I look forward to returning to explore more of their offerings!

Had dinner here maybe a week ago with family, and it was a laid back, comfortable place with good food and friendly staff. They were busy and seemed to take a bit of time for everything but it was worth it. We sampled our toddler's pizza which made us want to return and try the other pizza. LOVED the appetizer baked mushrooms (in a butter-garlic bath). My husband thought the spaghetti was subpar. I really liked the pesto chicken fettuccine. Dad-in-law liked the calzone, and mom-in-law got salad. The little (sourdough?) garlic breads were delicious! Will definitely come back

Placed a pick up order of my Mother's birthday dinner. I mentioned to Evelyn it was for my Mother's birthday. After I placed the order I realized we hadn't discussed how long I should wait to pick up our food. I immediately called back and Steve answered the phone. He didn't know anything about my order nor did he offer to find out. He estimated at least 30 minutes. I called back at 30 minutes to see if the food was done. It was and had been sitting there for "not that long." Then Evelyn put the blame on the customer that I didn't go in and wait or ask how long it would be. I guess her and Steve don't communicate because as I mentioned I did call back and ask how long to expect.(Had I known that's what is expected of the customer I would have gone and waited. Or just went and ordered and skipped the phone call. Steve didn't say anything either about coming in to wait.) Next she said it typically takes about 15 minutes. Moments later she said they don't give times because they don't know how long the order will take to be ready. Since I was unsure of how long "not that long is I asked them if they could remake the order. Her reply, "Can't you just come in and get them?" By this point I was unsure if they would really remake the order. So I asked for a discount. She interpreted that as handing out the food. I inquired isn't me not picking up the food a loss also? She said they don't care if we pick them up because they'll just eat the food anyways. And then rounds of "Are you coming in or not? Do you want us to remake them or not?" And me expressing my concern over customer service and my uncertainty of giving my money to such poor customer service. She told me not worry about their customer service. She ended up hanging up on me. Guess Mom is having an even later birthday dinner.

"Behavior you tolerate, you co-sign"

Sad because this place is very close to home and have tipped their mediocrity very well in the past. I'm not co-signing...

We came to this place with high hopes. First they seat us & 15 minutes go by and I’m yet to be greeted or given a menu. At that point we go up to the counter thinking we need to order there, and they finally hand us a menu and explain that their waitress is behind. It wouldn’t of been a big deal if they just said that to begin with. We sit back down and wait another 10 minutes and then another set of people walk in. The waitress then serves them drinks and then comes to take our order. At that point I’m irritated at the lack of service and communication. Next she says that they’re out of pepperoni. That was honestly the breaking point. We grab our stuff and go after waiting 30 minutes just to get an order in. Oh, and the icing on the cake was the employee smoking a cigarette RIGHT next to the door and then proceeded to blow it in our faces. I wouldn’t care so much if my newborn baby wasn’t with us. DONT COME HERE. Go to geppetos instead. You won’t be...
