Weighted over 15 minutes for my order when it was brought to my car my food was cold and my order was incomplete the people behind us had to pull up as well so it was cold that night we really didn't want to get out of the car and walk in to tell him that they forgot to bag our fries so we waited a little bit longer and whenever we realize that the people next to us was going to be waiting longer than we were I went in to let them know that I needed a large fry cuz it didn't make it in the bag the manager Michaela told me I had to have a receipt even though the food was just brought to us a few minutes ago and we had been waiting a long time for the cold food that was brought to us so I turned around and walked clear back out to my car got my receipt brought it in gave it to her and told her to give me my fries please she told me not to be disrespectful I told her I was being a customer and more you as loud as I could going out the door with the fries that I had paid for over 20 minutes ago probably not going back to this place because the professional level I would had been dealt with is so low that I'm afraid they'll spit in...
Read moreWorked late and hadn’t eaten here in years. I had the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich for 6.59$. Burger King has changed quite a bit. Flavor was ok. The meat on the sandwich was super thin. A shadow of the chicken sandwich the used to have. Burger King food used to taste much better and have way more generous portions. It is priced at 7$ comparable to other fast food offering chicken sandwiches in the area. This is the least bang for a buck you can get in a chicken sandwich. I am unsure of what the corporation that owns the Burger King name is thinking here. They are price gouging and giving the least amount of chicken they can on their sandwiches. This cannot be good for business when their competitors are outperforming them in flavor and now in value/ portion size. I have since eaten there again. Had two whopper junior for 5$. Flavor wasn’t bad and seemed to be...
Read moreThis morning I went to Burger King on Iron to get a quick breakfast before leaving town. 25 minutes later, I got to the window. The person tending the window was frustrated and I felt bad for her but it was one customer that held up the line. They were at the window and were changing their order several times at the window. Cars in line behind me were honking their horns. The customer should have been told to move up to allow the other customers to get their order. The window attendant repeated my order to me but once I got a block down the street, I found that part of my order was missing. I was now 15 minutes behind schedule & determined that another 10-15 minute delay was not worth turning around. Fast food??? Not. This isn't the first time I've had this long wait at 9:30 - 10:00 in the morning. Guess that other place will have to be...
