The food was decent; about what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. Our waiter was the reason it gets two stars instead of one. He was a really nice kid. However our food took almost an hour and a half to get to our table. We were in a party of 9 so I understand that it's going to take a little longer but between us being seated and recieving our food, literally the entire restaurant had been turned over: all the guests that had been there when we were seated had ordered, eaten, and left. I saw a manager walk past at least 4 times and either didn't notice we were still there or didn't care. She never stopped to ask how we were doing like most do. When the food finally arrived it was brought out at two different times. Again, there were 9 in our party so that's no big deal, but the half of us that got our food started eating because our waiter told us he would "run back, grab the rest of our food, and be right back out." By the time he got back to the table he had to clear the plates he brought out the first time because it took so long.
This wasn't the first time it happened, either. My husband and I along with his best friend went a couple months after they opened. We walked in and were told it would be at least a 45 minute wait to be seated then at least half an hour before we got our food. After we looked in and saw half a dozen empty tables we decided it wasn't worth it and left. Chalking it up to the restaurant still being relatively new we have them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Big mistake.

Read moreif i could leave a 0 star i would i was in there yesterday at like 5pm i tried to pay with my card tap pay i didn't realize i only had $29 on my card and it said partial payment and remainder owed __ so i handed the lady a $20 bill and she said when you tap pay it auto refunds your card if not all there , so i paid the hole bill in cash , needless to say i checked my bank the next day and it went through, so i got charged the bill and $29 i called today at 2:30 pm and told the manager what happened and what time gave them my card info phone number est. they said they would call me back no one did it was about 8:00pm i called back i told the person that answered the phone who i was and they said yes you need to talk to dillion and put me on hold i waited on hold 31 mins then it hung up on me i called back and they told me no managers are here at this time they don't no why someone put me on hold for them and that they could not answer any questions i had that i needed to call back tomorrow at this point i am very angary and will not go back this used to be my fav. breakfast restaurant but after this never again i don't like my time waisted i have the recite for the cash payment and my bank docs , p.s. i also called the bank before i called them to verify the payment went through , very poor service and even poorer customer service being they are the ones that made the mistake not me .update it is now Thursday almost every time I call I get told the manager is gone for the day I get off work at 2pm so it's not like it's late I have yet to...
Read moreWe were really disappointed with our experience today. When we were sat we waited 15 minutes before having a server come and take our drink order or before we were greeted. When ordered our drinks/food we received our drinks fairly quickly but did not see our server for a while. When we finally got our food about an hour later, it was wrong. When we “caught” our server (she quickly put our food down and started to walk off quickly) we told her that our order was wrong. She said, “I don’t think so, let me check”. She preceded to read off what she had wrote down when taking our order which confirmed that we had received the wrong things. She took my partners plate back and it was about 20 minutes before we received his plate back. He had ordered breakfast potatoes and received hash browns. Right as the server walked off I tried my hash browns and they were cold as if they had just come out of a refrigerator. I ate the other things on my plate and when she finally came back I told her that they were cold and she said “oh, I’ll try to fix that” and took my plate back into the kitchen. When my partner got his plate back, everything EXCEPT the breakfast potatoes was cold. The food did taste very good, but we would of preferred it not to be chilled.
