Five Guys — Restaurant in Salina

So I just ate at 5guys on December 18 at 205 pm Brandon was the guy who took my order mind you this is not my 1st time coming to this 5 guys normally I ask for soft bacon and there like no problem . I have a medical condition were it is hard to chew an swollow but today Brandon decided to belittle aan argue n tell me I was wrong but he asked his Co worker who said it was fine . Well after that I was not happy at all . But as I finished filling my drink (which almost all the sodas were out) I see Brandon talking to his coworker and "really soft bacon man come on ." At this point I'm upset but as I look around for a seat every table is filthy. I found one that was sorta clean and sat down with my food and looked at my burger and my onions that I payed for were not on my burger so I go back up to the counter n said hey my onions are missing and they hand me a mini bread pan of cooked onions. My fries were not salted and the lady behind me her order was messed up too what the he'll is wrong with 5guys today. It's never like this I'm not sure if I will remain a loyal customer or not because I've never had problems...

5 Guys was run by 3 guys who were making things happen... The Fry Guy, The Grill Guy & The Cashier Guy (but this guy could have been a little more cordial since he's the front representative for the establishment).

This 5 Guys was a first-time visit and a little bit different than the others I've been to, in the way they portion, but overall, it was fair.

It seems the menu is a bit overpriced for portions. This isn't just a 5 Guys issue. It's across the entire industry.

The free peanuts were a nice touch. That was the first time for us at any of them.

The restrooms were clean. The dining room was okay, but it needed some attention.

The location is a little cumbersome, and the entry needs to be posted since you're entering from the rear entrance with no front access from the roadway, and the adjacent property doesn't share open driveway access. Parking is a bit cramped and could use 1-2 fewer spaces around the exterior...

First of all , I love the burgers... just not here at this location as much ... seems that they dont make a burger with love here... ask spongebob...lol... cant really call in an order because they wait till you get there to start... what?.. that's what they said the last two time I ordered and I showed up and they said , well we want to make sure they are made right... probably would of been good to explain that over the phone right... the second time I called in the order I even asked if the burgers were going to be made by the time I got there... they said yes absolutely... then I get there and there like we will start right away... and that they wait till you get there to start... might just be this place but that's what I got ... hint hint ....burger theory is just down the block ... over all good burgers here just the staff could use some...
