Sleep Number — Hotel in Salina

We've had our previous mattress since 2012. Before we moved out here from Hawaii we knew we were going to buy, but didn't know what. My friend recommended a sleep number, but the only mattress store close to us sold temperpedic. We were almost sold on the pedic, but decided to do the hour drive out here just to see what the store had available, and we are so happy we did. When we priced online the package was over 7k, but we left the store with a split, adjustable base, sheets and a cooling cover for under 6k. Do not buy online and go to the store so you can actually try it and get all the deals. The salesman was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Go check it and ask for Tanner, he helped us out and will help...

if I could give zero stars I would. Typical big corporation. The sales people WILL NOT explain or even bring up Warranty with you. The LIMITED warranty is over with after 1 year. With all the moving parts and things on the beds that they sell it should have a much longer warranty than what it has. Their beds are simply glorified air mattresses. We bought a Tempur-Pedic from a LOCAL company down the street. Much better service, and the gentleman working there knew much more about beds and what he was...

i spend a lot of money on this adjustable POS .....have had several issues since we bought it 4 months ago.....call the number be on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes and when you finally get someone you cant understand a word they say anyway..The people in Salina are nice good sale people i have nothing against them at all...its the product and the customer service that sucks.As a Disabled Vet i felt this bed would be a life saver and i could finally get some good sleep ,boy...
