If zero was an option that is what this would be. Terrible service. Terrible connection. Terrible assistance. Terrible product. EVERYTHING about Cox is TERRIBLE. I get charged each month for my Panoramic POS to never work. When I then have to utilize my hot spot which I pay more for via my phone service. In one month I will go the full 30 days with it being down at least 6 hours of the day EVERY day. When you do contact customer service they give you the same run around of resetting the device. Unplug it blah blah. Then they say oh well sorry I’ll schedule a service that we will charge you for if you’d like. Then usually about 2-4 hours later BAM you have internet again as if nothing happened. If you like to enjoy a movie with the family. There was another guy who came over a different day who was not wearing a name tag, did not state his name, was not thorough, and was dumber than a broken door knob. Devin, who works in the office, was kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Rhonda, who also works in the office, had an attitude worse than an F5 tornado. While I was talking to her she would randomly walk away -- while I was talking. I went in to set up service about a month ago. I received my first bill. It has charges on it that I was not informed of when I signed Up. I'm not talking about a $3 or $5 charge either. It was $20 a $20 charge because I hooked up my own cable. He promised me Free Install, $55 Dollars a Month for 500 Package, Unlimited Data, and 30 Dollars off for Government Program. Just Got Bill $214 Dollars. 100 for install 100 for Package, and 14 for the Fancy Modem and its stuff that Don't work right. I called COX today and it took them 45 mins to look in to these Charges and Told me the 100 for Install was being Waved then was Transfered to Other guy and told me I could not get the $55 a Month Price I was told and only could get $20 off a month. I will Be going back to Vyve as that Phone call Only Took 5 mins to get back my Plan I had with them. So Stars for Installers 5 they where very nice and Helped alot.
