My husband our grown son and 6 grandchildren went to this restaurant on Saturday August 4th. We were seated and our son from Manhattan met us there about 5 minutes later. They wanted to to sit in the same area of the restaurant. He had 4 children. Some of the kids wanted to sit at the same table and eat together. My daughter in-law sat down to give the baby a bottle and the waitress started yelling at her in a foreign language. I was in the bathroom with some kids. When I came back our waitress was gone and another women was there confuesd about what was going on. Our orginal waitress couldn't speak English. This lady was from the front desk. She tried to get our waitress to serve us and she refused. This took a lot of time and stress to us and our grandkids. They were hungry and thirsty. I had to go up to the front desk to ask for drinks, because none of the waitressed would help me. They just pointed to the lady at the front desk. They never refilled our drinks. My husband asked for a refill from our original waitress. She refused to even look at him. The only way we could get refills was to send our 9 year old granddaughter up to the drnik station. They never cleared any dirty dishes. It was very rude and wrong for us to be treated this was. Our tickets were over $100.00. None of us will ever eat there again. Other dinners noticed and committed on the treatment we...

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Me and my family — all 13 of us — came to enjoy a simple meal together, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. First, they automatically slapped a 15% service fee on us just for being a big group (okay, whatever). So we asked to sit at separate tables, and the lady at the front literally rolled her eyes, scoffed, and pushed us aside like we were inconveniencing her. Um, sorry for trying to spend money here?
But wait — it gets worse.
We finally sit down and this woman (who, no joke, looked like Edna Mode from The Incredibles) comes over and asks my 9-year-old sister for ID. WHY? Because she’s tall??? She’s a CHILD. She had a pink sparkly backpack and a unicorn hoodie on — what kind of 21-year-old is dressed like that?! Asking a minor for ID at a buffet is next-level ridiculous. You’d think we were trying to get into a club, not eat fried rice and orange chicken.
The food? Mid at best. But the service? HORRIBLE. Just awful. So rude, so unwelcoming, and clearly no clue how to treat customers.
Don’t waste your time or money here. I repeat: DON’T. COME. HERE. Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Just...
Read moreLooked online and saw the lunch special was just over $9 so decided to bring the family here... We sat down to eat and, our food tasted old and chewy. Normally I don't complain because stuff happens but, it was almost every dish that everyone had... we said oh well, for $9 a person we can't really complain too much since it was technically still edible. Then when we get our check it said we were being charged $14 a person. After mentioning it to the lady she got an attitude and said "NO! Our lunch is $14 a person. Not too big of a difference but, when you're paying for a group, it does make a pretty big difference. On top of everything, our waitress did not even walk by our table once to check on drinks or anything. Me being someone who ALWAYS tips even if it's just a little, left no tip because why would I tip someone who didn't do anything?! I would have completely understood if they were busy but there were MAYBE 6 tables being taken... I used to love Hong Kong Buffet but now I will definitely hesitate before going...
