To future customers of store number 00003-05056:
I ordered two large Extra most pizzas and the Cashier named Wilbur stated that my order will only take 10 minutes. I ordered my pizzas at 11:22am and did not receive my order until 34 minutes later. This is not the first incident that has occurred with this specific establishment, this is in fact a number that it should have not came to. I'm disappointed at the lack of customer service this store has. They have no respect for their customers and no integrity. I've spoken to a manager and all she said was that she was sorry for the employees wrongdoing.... She didn't even offer a discount or money back on a single item I ordered. I keep hearing sorry from their employees, including their managers. Apologizing for something is admitting to their mistakes. If you make a mistake, wouldn't you try your best not to do it again? Obviously, exceeding customer satisfaction is not their main priority. I fully understand you are a business and you need to make your point of sale for each day; but let's be honest, you would have more customer flow coming in if you had the decency to create a great customer experience. Not once, not twice, but all the time!

Read moreWhat an abysmal crew! 9/30/23. Order/Transaction Reference #251414288 Placed at 5:40pm...picked up at 6:45!!! For two pizzas! Stood inside the store for over half an hour, just waiting for the order to be placed in the portal. After asking several times if my order was ready, the employee finally figured out it was in the portal, but it never displayed my name or any indication that it was ready for me! After asking why it was just sitting there, she had the nerve to get a stupid attitude with me about it. Horrendous customer service and not even an "I'm sorry for the wait" or any glimpse of understanding what BASIC customer service skills even are. I watched that entire time, multiple people having to come up and ask if their order was ready. How about having crew members work together to call out orders as they are ready instead of making customers just stand there until the cashier has a moment to ask and search for the orders. I witnessed poor leadership skills, poor teamwork, and especially poor customer service. This store owner deserves much better work from their employees. Reminds me a lot of the service I received at the Laurel store a couple of years ago. I haven't been to that store since and likely the last time ever coming...
Read morePlease FIRE, Juan, instead of assisting the line of customers waiting to order pizzas that were already READY, he was entertaining customers trying to bargain for a price on a PIZZA because the manager BOBBY “gives them discounts” but BOBBY wasn’t there that day so JUAN decided to go to the back and give BOBBY a call, twice he did that, I’m not joking we(line of customers) we’re waiting for about 10-15 minutes.
