Arby's — Restaurant in Salisbury

Well I went to Arbys In Salisbury MD store 1595 drive thru and I specifically asked for hot fries when I received my food my fries were cold & old I ask the cashier if she could give me fresh fries she side eyed me with a mean glare and told me to pull up I then pulled up, but I said to myself I should probably watch her place my food in my bag I went inside where it appeared to be a shift manger dropped my fries in the fryer after they came up he gave me my fries which may I add wasn't even filled to the top I asked if it could fill it to the top he then said "its a small fry that's what a small fire looks like" OH MY GOD I WAS Flabergasted!!!!!! I walked out forgetting my keys came back in where the crew leader and the cashier said "she was a piece of work" not only was my experience horrible but in my opinion it was unprofessional.& disrespectful I thought as a customer I should've received fresh food, and with the fries the method of "topping them off" should have been used upon consideration especially when Waited patiently which was a big inconvenience considering I had to get out of the car and come in I was furious. I Called the cooperate number but I didn't reach anyone's that day but he returned my call today and apologize and said he was going to take care of the problem and send me something in the mail. hopefully he does cause the problem within the staff at that place is ridiculous. The Ethics that Arbys Use to have must not apply to this store. I will never go back there UPDATE:::: I DID NOT GET ANYTHING IN THE MAIL I WILL NEVER EAT THERE EVER AGAIN after SPEAKING WITH THE GM YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD LIVE UP TO HIS...

I have to say, rarely do I give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant, but this Arby's really impressed me last weekend. We went through the drive thru, so we could only evaluate from the exterior, but the grounds and building were immaculate. The menu board was clean and well- presented, and the speaker was working properly.

Everyone we encountered (order taker, cashier, food giver person, manager) was polite, professional, and friendly. They'd all obviously brought their A-game that day! Also, we had what we worried was a complicated order, being kind of all over the map, but they didn't miss a single trick.

The food itself was outstanding. I don't eat meat, so I can't personally testify to the taste of Hubs' 2 roast beef sandwiches, but it looked like the sandwiches were noticeably bigger than usual, they seemed very fresh, and he thoroughly devoured them. He got curly fries with a side cup of cheese sauce with both sandwiches, which we shared. Those were perfect; completely on point. Our sodas were delicious, with the right mixture of syrup and carbonation.

But for me, the stars of the show were the Fried Mac & Cheese bites that I didn't know they had. I've been looking for something like that since a certain upscale restaurant I used to frequent stopped caring them on their menu. Oh, my word!!! These at Arby's were damn good. I had Hubs get me a second bag on the spot. And he got me two more bags the next day, because guess what? They're affordably priced!! I think I know what I'm...

Not much to share really. I, unfortunatly, have very little money come in every month. I cant complain too much cuz it could be worse...and i have been in way worse situations.. Anyway, i finally was approved for disability for 2 out of my 3 teenage children... Its not important here but i have 13 yr old twins, boy and girl, and i have a 15 yr old at home and an 18 yr old not at home. Well my food stamps were taken cuz of the disability so im not in a good situation..anyways this info was to say this... I have an Arbys gift card with $3.75 left on it. I called card before i stopped in there cuz my girls were a lil hungry after the eldest had just got done with a soccer game and the 13 yr old just got done w her last cross country race...the amt was on it and we ordered cheese fries and i had to add a lil change to the total. Well the girl scanned it once and said it dont work and that was it... I said the money was on card and she didnt ask for any help nor did she try the card again or anything. I had no other monwy.. So the girls and i just left and they were pretty upset. I use to always love arbys back in the day when I still lived at home. I still have gift card but i don't know. Sorry so long but it was necessary to say all that to explain my experience. The arbys i went to was across from Wi-middle school. Thanks for ur time. As far as Arbys food', i have always loved it.
