Hershey's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Salisbury

Hello The reason of this message y because I’m very disappointed of the persons working at Salisbury mall in Maryland. They are always mean at moment we make an order. The only reason a get the ice cream from here is because my kids love them but today was the worst service I ever received from this two girls. One of this girls was listening the iPods while I was trying to make a purchase, when I was trying to correct her because I asked for a cone and she was giving me a cup she get upset and ask the other girl if I did said cone in or what with a very bad actitud and when I ask her if everything was fine she said yes and then she told me if I want the ice cream or not ?, I said why always was working with this actitud in this store maybe don’t get enough payment she told the other girl to give me the ice cream because she don’t want to talk to me . I told the Second Lady I’m sorry for the confusion and the black lady told her “don’t talk to her” just give her ice cream she doesn’t speak English . When someone is at the counter working, it's not half bad. But the amount of times there is no one working at this location is so disappointing. Not to mention when I do get service, it's amateur at best. Staff rarely makes a beverage for me without asking more than once for clarification.
