Up date 5/09/2025, the quality of food at this McDonald's continues to decline. Absolutely not worth the money. I am going to Culvers. The parking lot is always full and for fast food the food is decent and the customer service is good. Their fish sandwhich is very good. The filet of fish that i recently ordered at this McDonald's had barely a teaspoon of tartar sauce on it. I'm not giving them another chance. / I am wondering if the management or the owner of this McDonald's has recently changed. This has always been my choice of McDonald's. Lately the food is often subpar and the people at the window have been abrupt bordering on rude. No hello, no have a good day no thank you no repeat of your order to confirm its correct. Just an arm stuck out the window with a bag. There was a woman at the window accepting payments that had 2-3 inch long fake nails. I could not believe someone in food service would be allowed to have those hideous claws. Medical personnel are not allowed to have long fake nails because they carry so many germs. Latex gloves would not fit over those nails. I doubt that someone with fake nails scrubs under those nails for fear of losing them. UGH ! I'm thinking Wendy's is a better idea. 4/25/25 update. Tried this location again. They have become very stingy with the tartar sauce( less than a teaspoon) also the sauce on the Big Mac ( none at all on the top patty very little on the bottom) the amount of catsup on the hamburger was so tiny it was laughable. Read moreWhere to start honestly they don’t deserve to even get one star. I placed my order in the drive thru and had to repeat myself to many times. Once I got to the window the young lady act like she didn’t know she was even on earth asking who am I and what I have then said our system is messing up. She opened the window and said one sec do u want a receipt “Yes please” is what I said and she said “Oh the printer isn’t working, the next window can give u a receipt”. I paid for another order and told her I have the change and she said “It’s okay” and hand me change n I’m guessing she didn’t wanna give me $1 back… lazy. I dive up to get my food and the lady at that window seemed like she was on some drugs told her my food was cold, she handed me the next card order cause it was the same… Yep that was cold too and she put it back to hand out the window. She then got the manager Colleen and very rude she said “Pull up” I asked how long will it be she said “Just pull up u didn’t wanna take what we gave u” yes by this time I’m upset so I asked what’s her name and if she is the manager n she began rolling her neck saying “I’m the general manager and u can call corporate the number is on the window”. Colleen said she will refund me if I don’t pull up so I decided to go in because idk if she would spit in the food which I was getting for a friend. The restaurant floor felt like there was tea all on the floor. Read moreWe had the absolute worst experience at a fast food establishment here. It started with being in the drive through line approximately 18 - 25 minutes, yes we would have left but we were trapped in line by other cars waiting. Then we probably had to repeat the order 3 times, she kept getting it wrong, I mean completely wrong. Then we were asked to pull into a waiting area while our "meals" were prepared. We complied with this. After 15 minutes my husband went inside to find out where our food was. There were no workers behind the counter just a bunch of very irritated customers also trying to either get thier food or money back. My husband noticed our order was taped to the shelving unit by the drive through window at that same minute someone finaly came out from the back. she snatched the order when told about it and went to the back again. Another ridiculous amount of time passed, he stayed in order to ask the manager for a refund this being close to $20., when the food was brought out, then had to wait again for the drinks. By the time he made it back to the car he was quite frustrated and flabbergasted at the experience. I however, had been watching people leaving also very frustrated. So imagine how we felt when, the food was extremely undercooked (the fish sandwich was raw) the hambuger still partly frozen as were the fries. AND the drinks were wrong.
