Always good ice cream but the lady who was helping me was either in a rush or not in the best mood, or maybe it was just the lack of experience in customer service or maybe even the training they receive. I order a big wake cone, 2 ice cream flavors and I ask for chocolate sprinkles which she immediately said No to.. I was confused, I thought I misheard, so I said Yes, please I'd like chocolate sprinkles.. she insisted that they don't do that and that I can't get the sprinkles... I was like What? 😱 I asked, how come? Of course I can, I'm paying for the extra toppings.. she said not again, its prohibited!.. my mind was blown.. I said I want sprinkles, I'm at a freaking ice cream shop with a bunch of sprinkles and topping choices in front of my eyes... She said she could give them to me in a cup and I told her well give them to me in a cup and I'll pour them on my ice cream.. She said she didn't want to make a mess.. omg!!! I let it go, how disappointing, frustrating, and ridiculous. Let's teach the kids critical thinking and problem resolution from the beginning, it doesn't take much and your customers would be happier (and you'll have more return...

The ice cream is as delicious as usual but, on my last 2 visits in the early afternoon weekday, athe last being today, I had terrible service. I wasn’t able to get her name, but she has dark hair and a a sour expression. She greets customers with “ Do you know what you want?” and nothing else except a few grunted questions because she didn’t remember what I already told her.Today I gave her my ice cream order and asked for a cup of ice water to go, which she forgot. When I reminded her of the water she placed a half filled cup with 4 ice cubes in it on the counter, no straw, no lid and dashed to the back before I could ask for a full cup,straw, and lid. Last week I asked her to throw away my receipt and she walked away saying “ there’s a garbage by the door “. Mind you both times I’ve had my arm in a cast. I got better service and unsolicited help at the gas station/ convenience store down the road where I went for ice water. Next time I want a treat I’ll go there or Howdy...

I wouldn't even give any star's to be perfectly honest, I got a small ice cream cake roll that I have been wanting to get for along time, it's way over priced for 25 dollars but I decided to get it for myself on my birthday and it was absolutely awful the worst cake I have ever had in my life!! Looks very good to look at until you actually have a piece and it was very dry cake zero flavor and very small amount of ice cream compared to the amount of dry stale cake surrounding it. Huge huge dissapointment I wish I could get a refund! ! Such a let down on my birthday of all times !please people don't ever wasn't your time on the ice cream cakes from this place. I had to buy additional ice cream to go with the cake and the ice cream I bought ended up being better quality than the mint chocolate chip in the cake.
