I'm not one to go out of my ways to post reviews for places, but this is how bad my experience was. I walked in and the lobby was fairly empty, and a young man took my order. He kept walking away (probably due to drive through) I had to repeat my order 3 times and he was still repeating it back wrong. Which is fine we all have those days. So he takes my order and I leave a $3 tip. They yell out my drink which was the completely wrong drink I ordered 3 times. And the ladies making drinks were sooo rude and condensending bo matter how polite I tried to be. So I walk out trying to suck it up and just drink it. But the drink was DISGUSTING. so I walk back in and apologize for being a nuisance, and kindly ask them to remake it. And the lady GLARED AT ME AND TOOK MY DRINK. then I still thanked them, and I watch her pour so much of the flavoring into the new cup, no not pump it, open the cap and POUR IT. now I WORK AT A BEANS AND BREWS SO I KNOW THE STRUGGLE. But as soon as sh hands me my drink she glares at me again. so I thank her and she just turned around and ignore me. And to top it all off I see them whispering to each other in the head set while looking at my. Super unprofessional. Also, my drink was awful. Again. So I threw it away. My experience was so bad I want to go ask for my tip back.
Learn some customer service skills and stop bad mouthing customers right in front of them.

Read moreI've always loved this place, but after my last experience I highly doubt I'll be going back anytime soon. I went in with a coworker, we both got a drink then left. Mine tasted like 80% water, 5% coffee, 5% Oreo, and 10% milk. It was awful, and I've always loved this drink. My coworker was running late so I took him to work and went straight back to get the drink fixed. I was gone for about 10 minutes. I apologized for the inconvenience but the drink didn't taste right. The guy was flat out rude and tried telling me that it was SUPPOSED to taste like crap. I insisted that I'd prefer a new drink which he made for me with an attitude. He handed me the new drink with no words, I thanked him for doing that for me and his response was "yeah next time bring it back before it's half drank." Because apparently 3 sips (2 from myself, and 1 from my coworker to confirm it tasted bad) equals half drank. So much for leaving a nice tip. These people need to learn...
Read moreWe ordered two mochas, one came out and the other one was taking some time so when we checked, they hadn't even started on it from what we could tell but that's not the part that made this a bad experience... We have gone to several locations, and they are all pretty consistent with how the drinks taste, but here, it tasted off, and we couldn't figure out why. When it was brought up to the batistas, the girl got super defensive. We were asking if the recipe is the same all across the board and just wanted to know if there was a reason it was off but we were met with "I can either remake them or refund you, I don't know what you want me to do." We let them know we weren't mad at them or anything, just confused, and the girl continued to be defensive. That is not good customer service. We weren't being rude or demeaning.
