I have never had a problem with the food at the location on North Temple near the SLC airport. Most of the employees have always been nice and helpful. The guy working the morning of 02/14/20 with his arm in a sling.....he might need a lesson in customer service or maybe he is just having a bad day because his arm is hurt and he needs a hug instead. Working in customer service can be trying at times (believe me, I know) but as an employee you never know the kind of day a customer/person is having. Mine has been a little difficult, emotionally. Anyways, I thought the coke was running low...it looked like it was coming out better from one machine than the other. I told the guy the coke might be low. He pushed the lever and said, "I don't see how, they come from the same place." He wasn't totally rude but wasn't nice aboit it either. I don't work at Carl's Jr.....so I don't know. It would have been better if he would have just said, "thank you, I will check it out." Yes, I admit I am a little too sensitive this morning but thanks guy for making me feel just a little bit worse.
