Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

I am upset right now as 2 bites into a chicken sandwich I purchased, I realized the chicken was way undercooked. Unfortunately, I threw it in the microwave to cook it before taking any pics. But, it still wasn't thoroughly cooked and I spit some of the raw chicken on a plate as well. In pics attached you will see raw chicken on plate and you will still see an area of the chicken that is raw (kind of a foggy cleat look when it should be high white). In pic you want to look at top of chicken or if right side up it would be left side of chicken. Never had this type of problem with this location before, but did notice the cook was kind of rushing things in the back when I came in to pick up order (used app to order). There was only one small group of patrons inside with me and didn't notice anyone in drive thru which makes me wonder why the rush. Hope i don't get sick from the first bite I swallowed + second bite I had chewed a little before spitting out. Now, I think I have lost my appetite and won't eat anymore of the sandwich even if cooked. Last, the sandwich was the Free item I got for signing up on the App and I kept getting email reminders not to let the offer expire. I finally use only to possibly get free salmonella poisoning. I have never had a problem with the food at the location on North Temple near the SLC airport. Most of the employees have always been nice and helpful. The guy working the morning of 02/14/20 with his arm in a sling.....he might need a lesson in customer service or maybe he is just having a bad day because his arm is hurt and he needs a hug instead. Working in customer service can be trying at times (believe me, I know) but as an employee you never know the kind of day a customer/person is having. Mine has been a little difficult, emotionally. Anyways, I thought the coke was running low...it looked like it was coming out better from one machine than the other. I told the guy the coke might be low. He pushed the lever and said, "I don't see how, they come from the same place." He wasn't totally rude but wasn't nice aboit it either. I don't work at Carl's Jr.....so I don't know. It would have been better if he would have just said, "thank you, I will check it out." Yes, I admit I am a little too sensitive this morning but thanks guy for making me feel just a...

very clean location and friendly staff at the counter. it shows that solid training is happening here. I was properly greeted and noticed the very polite staff. food is always good at Carl's Jr., though sometimes the speed of service is not very expedient. One star less than prefect due to the time between placing the order and receiving my food, this time though, I had asked for dipping sauces for my chicken fingers and the table service had missed this. I had to go ask again for the dipping sauces.. but that's not a big deal at all. Overall I'm happy with the place and I love my food. in my opinion this is the place to go for fast good in this neighborhood. taco bell will ruin your shorts.. and burger king has lost the title as king of burgers.. I wouldn't bother going across the street for their deals.. Carl's Jr. knows how to do it well. keep up the good work team, just focus on getting the food out more promptly...
