I was looking for a place for dinner out of the downtown core in a comfortable and homely environment. The reviewers spoke atmosphere was was amazing. When we arrived after 7pm every table was full and in a good way. Parking limited to street parking only. I wanted a healthier meal full of protein and flavors that were a culinary adventure . When the Enchanted platter pork belly crackling came with authentic salsa and guacamole. The soda I got was unique a Colombiana soda. I found the flavor similar to a red cream soda, but not the same. The salsa was definitely on the mild side more of an accent flavor along with the grilled meats. The Magical delight is an interesting dessert. It has a berry jam topped with mozzarella on a sugar cone wafer. The crunchy wafer makes for a contrast in the texture soft cheese combo. Their churros come crunchy and warm even after the car ride home. It was worth the wait! Empanada we got to go so that review is still to be determined. I would highly recommend Encanto as a community favourite in the area. I hope it see it just as busy on Wednesday night again in the near future.

Encanto Restaurant 1500 S 1500 E SLC (Sugar House) This is the cutest little restaurant with delicious Colombian food! We had the pork belly appetizer, because if pot belly is on the menu, we order it! It was so good! Perfectly cooked and an amazing flavor! And the little boiled potatoes that come with it were awesome too! For our entrees we shared the cheese arepas and the Encanto Burger. Both were as good as they look. That pineapple jam on the burger is *chef’s kiss* I’m not gonna lie, we totally had chocolate gelato for dessert so we could dip the rest of the fries in it, but I forgot to take a picture! 🤦🏼♀️ But 10/10 recommend that! Perfect for: Date night, friends dinner. It is a small place, but you can make reservations via open table/yelp very easily. Price: $$ Our meal was $65 for the two of us and that included a cocktail. The burger is $19 but it was delicious and shareable. #eathereutah

★★★★★ – If I could give more stars, I would! This restaurant is absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The atmosphere is cozy yet elegant, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. Now, let’s talk about the food—WOW! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can truly taste the quality and passion in every bite. The Empanadas, Arepas and Salchipapas were an absolute highlight, and the desserts were simply divine! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for amazing food, great ambiance, and top-notch service, this is the place to be. I wish I could give more than 5 stars—highly recommended!

My husband and I shared dinner at Encanto last weekend and everything was fantastic! I loved the cozy and colorful restaurant and the service was fast and friendly. When you go into Encanto you feel like family! We enjoyed everything that we ordered. We shared the Enchanted platter that had a little bit of everything from fried plantains to chorizo. I got the Tairona arepa and my husband got the Encanto burger that was loaded with things like cheese, plantains, bacon and a pineapple jam. I also tried the passion fruit juice and Encanto gelato which I loved! The food was pretty, flavorful and delicious! Definitely check this place out!

I went there for the Colombian game and they had a nice mix of Colombian and American cuisine. I like that because sometimes my husband is into burguers but I really want an arepa. I went with other Hispanic friends and ordered the mix for four. Everything was sooooo good guys! It did have a very Colombian flavor. we also tried the salchipapa and even though it wasn’t the typical salchipapa you would get in Colombia, it definitely tasted very authentic and incredible!!! I also like that they had unique juice options, like jugo de Lulo 😮it was good you guys! I would definitely recommend checking them out

I had a fantastic experience at Encanto Restaurant! The food was delicious, clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. I ordered the Enchanter Plate, which offered a little taste of everything and was truly flavorful. The passion fruit juice was also a refreshing highlight. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, with tasteful decor that makes it feel warm and welcoming. Tatiana, the waitress, made the lunch even more special – she was incredibly kind and added a fun touch with her Halloween makeup, creating a festive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
