Shrimp Shak Food Truck

The Shrimp Shak finally made it to Davis county! Of course my fiancé and I HAD to stop by (I had been stalking them on social media and begging them to come to Davis County).

We visited them yesterday in the Auto Zone parking lot in Clearfield. No one was in line, so we walked right up. The person working the food truck greeted us and asked what he could get us. He was really nice and chatted with us while he made our food. He seems like a great guy!

My fiancé and I both got the shrimp with fries and ordered some crab cakes to share. We decided to stuff our faces in the car :)

We tried the crab cakes first and they were out of this world! I wish we had ordered more! They had a nice crisp outer shell and a delicious soft inside.

The shrimp came on a skewer and was soooo good! It was a little hard for me to eat off of the skewer, so I had to use my hands. Unfortunately we didn’t get any napkins (we didn’t ask for any though). I highly recommend a handful of napkins because your fingers will get pretty greasy.

I really loved the fries and the seasoning on top. I gobbled them up a little too fast.

I will definitely order from this food truck again. I want to try the fish :)
