Worst Customer Service Experience and Horrible Staff !
I have been a loyal customer at Apna Bazaar, Sammamish for the past 10+ years. I went in for my regular grocery on sat eve, picked up a bunch of stuff and filled my cart and I couldnt find one last item from my list. I went up to a cashier( a male) and asked him about it. He told me the isle number and I went back but missed looking at the other side of the isle. I was only looking on one side of the isle that had all the dals and the other side has spices. I couldnt spot it and I went back and asked him to help me show where exactly that item was as I couldnt find it. The cashier said, "You need to wait as I have other customers waiting". I said ok and I waited. After sometime, he came and asked me to follow him so that he could show me where the item was. I told him that I was looking for that item on the other side of the isle and the cashier clearly seem irritated and rudely told me "I had already told you to look for that item on isle 3B. Here it is ! " He started walking away and I stopped him and asked " Looks like you have a problem helping a customer?". He got even more irritated and said " Yes, because you wasted my time as I have other customers waiting there and I had to leave them and come here to show the item for you. You either have a problem listening to what I had said or you have a problem seeing where the item was ". This absolutely shook me and I was taken aback. I told him " This is not the way to talk to a customer and you seem to be very unhelpful. ". I asked him if he was the store manager and he replied very angrily saying he was not the store manager and he was just an employee. I went straight to the front of the store and asked another cashier if I could talk to a store manager. There were 2 other cashiers ( both women) and none of them were helpful. I tried asking them to give me the store manager's contact and they refused. They told me to call the store directly the next day. And then, I asked the name of that employee and the cashiers refused. I tried asking the cashier ( who misbehaved with me ) to give his name and he shouted at me saying " What is your name ?". I then said the way you are talking to a customer, and that too a woman, this is unacceptable. I have to file a complaint against you. He shouted back saying he will file a complaint against me. I said " You don't seem fit to work here . Your behavior towards a customer is unheard of and absolutely disrespectful". He then said " I am not fit to be human". I decided to leave my cart and left the store.
There is no way , a store employee can behave in such disgusting manner to a customer. The person clearly is not trained at all. I have decided to boycott this store in future. But I would like the store manager to take some action on this person, who thinks he can get away by treating customers in such...

Great place for goods esp the Indian ones. Great scope of vegetables, arrangements, snacks and beautifying agents. A few things don't convey the expiry/use before date. It is one's decision to purchase these or not.
Continuously have new produce of Indian vegetables and wide assortment of lentils and different supplies for bona fide Indian nourishment. They likewise offer home conveyance alternative and limits on mass buys.
Watch out for lapsed things be it arranged/solidified nourishments or tidbits.
Wish the racks and items were increasingly sorted out however astounding assortment of nourishment and flavors. Staff are extremely useful thus well disposed. I had issue with safety valve of prestige pressure cooker. I call’d in to the store to check if they have safety valve. Lady at the counter said yes and I came to the store to purchase it. I came in ask for valve and asked lady if she can fix it. She said I am not sure I will try. Safety valves are not accessible to the customers, I did not find it in Aile 7, lady at the counter helped to find it and she picked up from the very bottom shelf. How can any customer see it if it is very bottom and behind the shelf? She took it out and billed it and after billing she opened the cover to fix it.. later she found the valve which they have is old model pressure cooker one not for new model. And so I asked her to return it. She said how can I return after opening the cover. I tried to explain in a nice tone, mam, you opened it and I don’t know the model which you have. How am I responsible to pay. She went on arguing with me and the owner.. this sounded ridiculous to me and super annoyed. I just left the store not even taking the safety valve. And this all happened for just $3. What a waste of time.
No way I recommend this store to any one. The worst experience so far. I wish to give zero...
