Julio's Burritos — Restaurant in San Angelo

it's been awhile since I've visited this location, things haven't changed. I arrived at approximately 9:57am, there was only one other ahead of me, yaaay! (so I thought). I placed my order of 6 tacos - 1 bacon/egg; 2 bean/brisket: 1 brisket; 2 guiso - regular & 1 pineapple jarritos. I was immediately told that there was not any guiso - yet it was on the rear counter. when it was mentioned to her, she replied "oh, I didn't understand what you were asking for " - hmmm?. ok, she then made the 6 burritos and set them aside and began assisting the gentleman behind me, then set his aside and assisted the next guest, I waited just shy of 18mins to be rung up.if the 2 females and 1 guy who was standing at the drive thru window would be trained on customer assistance and team work, this would never have to happen to anyone else. Not one of them attempted to help the other even when they were just standing around.i literally had to lean over the counter and wave the guy over to cash me out, as he did he mentioned that he doesn't understand why she hadn't done so to start with because its not his job to, he is drive thru. oh my gosh! are you serious! as mentioned above,I won't be going...

This location personally is the WORST! When I go our order is ALWAYS wrong. They have added cheese to burritos without asking. If you order through the drive thru window and if they can't hear you because of vehicles behind you they'll attempt to take your order ( they'll even say I can't hear you) and when you get to the window they do NOT bother to confirm your order that they couldn't hear they just ASSUME! then when they come to the window to charge you they repeat your order AFTER THEY MADE IT! and you tell them it's wrong THEY DON'T BOTHER TO MAKE NEW BURRITOS they just add what they were missing and ignore what u didn't want and leave it in there all together!!!!! I understand not wasting food but to AVOID this all together they can simply confirm your order THAT THEY STATED THEY COULDNT HEAR before making it but they DON'T. Needless to say I will not be returning ever. I would rather...

I am visiting from out of town and was very excited about getting breakfast burritos. I arrived and ordered an egg and potato, egg and sausage and a chorizo and bean through the drive thru. When I pulled up I was told there was no potato and egg or chorizo and bean. I asked what else besides potato they were out of seeing as they could make the egg and sausage they must have egg. I was told they only had 3 burrito options available with a very rude attitude. I was not aware that breakfast burritos here were pre made and that having a breakfast burritos freshly made was not an option at this business. Which leads me to believe the food there is not fresh and probably is as bad as the attitudes of their employees. We declined any food and left without purchase and I will not recommend this...
