Horrible experience. Our table was served super small servings of rice and vegetables except for one person who got alot while everyone else was elserved peasent portions. I ordered the vegetable delight. Typically in a hibachi setting, the vegetable delight is served a normal portion of rice and more vegetables than other orders that have meat. I have never had a problem ordering this dish anywhere else as I do not eat meat. This is the meal I was served for $16.95 (pictured) I literally had only ate about five bites of rice before this picture. This was supposed to be the whole meal? I waited and asked a man who came by and appeared to be the boss or owner and there was a small language barrier. But he confirmed that the vegetable plate is not very much. So I asked if it was the normal size for $16.95? You could tell he also thought it was not enough and offered to have more vegetables cooked for me. I was fine with until they came to put the new vegetables right on the grill where several meats had been cooked without even wiping it down or anything grease still on the utensils, the cook started making them. I stopped him and politely told him I'm okay without those because the cross contamination of the meat bits & grease all over it. I never usually need to be nit picky about this but typically hibachi is always cooked in a certain order with vegetables and rice first so there's never an issue. The cook was understanding and kind regarding this and offered to cook the vegetables in the back, I was fine with that. The man came back and asked why the why those vegetables weren't okay and I explained. I wasn't rude or mean. He just laughed at my face and walked away. I was able to confirm he was the owner by asking the cook. Very poor behavior from an owner of an establishment. The rest of the meal the old lady who I assume is the owners wife was giving dirty looks to our table, my back was to her so I did not witness this but my family next to me did. Only one person of our party was actually full from the small portioned meal. They did bring me vegetables from the back. My original order was vegetable delight without mushrooms (allergic) and the plate brought from the back had mushrooms so I could not eat it. I did not really want to even if it was correct - not sure what they would do to my food now that they think I'm funny. To avoid a scene, I paid $16.95 & tax for this meal pictured. I'm sure they do not care about any customers experiences. I will not be returning. It's a shame the cook was so nice and the actual owners' behavior shit all over a family birthday dinner. Waste of money, horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Our first time here. Very good chef. The food was excellent with attentive staff. I like my vegetables cooked longer so the chef did a great job separating my vegetables out and cooking them softer for me. My wife loved their YumYum sauce. I loved their ginger sauce. This photo shows after I’ve eaten half. Their dinner portions have enough for another meal at home. Another visit had a much worse experience. I was told I would have to wait 30 or more minutes. They have a policy to only use the grills for two persons. I was disallowed to sit at a table because of Covid distance requirements. Yet the table already has two different groups sitting too close. They are already breaking their own and the state guidelines yet making a customer wait. It’s not my fault there isn’t another customer waiting.

Dinner was delicious here, our group had a great time here. The chef was really talented and made dining here really enjoyable, even cutting up the food in smaller pieces for the children. Overall great experience.

Nearly, an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly, the food was all cooked to our specifications and was very flavorful. We had miso soup with a small salad, unagi (eel) sashimi, and california rolls for an appetizer, for the main dish we shared steak, shrimp, and chicken between my wife, my two year old, and myself. It came with rice and vegitables. The bill with tip was a bit expensive from our experience with other hibachi grills from Texas, through the southern states, and up to Virginia; where this meal would have usually been $30 and we spent about three times that much. This will me a one time trip for us, but we did really enjoy the sake which was served hot (generally meaning it is of low quality in Japan however I they don't follow strick tradition). My only real complaint, is that we had a giest who is allergic to mushrooms and shrimp, the cook was informed of this early on and should have prepared better. When cooking the food, he missed this and then seperated the vegitables, giving her more than half of the variety of vegetables rather than a fair portion of what she could consume and a fair portion of the variety of vegitables for the other guests (in other words, my wife got all onions and mushrooms while our guest got broccoli, carrots, zucchini, etc.). They did have a fun Japanese soda that my child enjoyed, though there aren't any true small child options as they tend to spill things easily. The tea is from tap, other than that it was good, and my wife enjoyed a...

I used to eat here often, but after tonight, never again!

My relatives and I were seated at the hibachi table. We were the only customers at any of the hibachi tables. We ordered our drinks and food. The hot sake I ordered tasted like gasoline--it never should taste that way. The hibachi table we sat at was sticky. We all had to have our plates replaced because they had dried food on them after looking at them closely--same with the forks! We waited 30 minutes before the chef came out. He then turned around, realizing something was wrong with the cart and was gone again for another 10 minutes. When the chef finally started it was a terrible service. Most hibachi chefs do something interesting while preparing the food. The chef we had looked like he didn't want to be there and basically cooked the food like they would in a kitchen. No show whatsoever. The chef wasn't even dressed like the other chefs preparing their tables for the customers that arrived after us. The rice was dry as a bone, the seafood was overcooked, the vegetables were under-cooked. I'm not sure what the problem was tonight, but this restaurant needs an overhaul in service and management. Regardless of whatever changes, I won't...
