Overall this hotel is decent and almost achieved the highest rating except for a few issues. My standards are high but fair when it comes to hotels. I expect a clean and comfortable room, reliable amenities, respectful and accommodating staff and easy check in/check out.

Our front desk agent Danica was very helpful and informative. She was more than willing to answer all of my questions even before arrival which assured me our stay would be great. She was also friendly and approachable and quickly remedied any issues we had at check in.

Pros: pleasant staff, mostly clean rooms, nice amenities, good breakfast, better than most coffee, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good refrigerator, great location, other hotels and fast food in walking distance.

Cons: house keeping every 3 days- because of this we cleaned, emptied our own trash, and had to keep asking for towels and toiletries which again wasn’t terrible just a slight inconvenience. The staff was more than accommodating when asked, low water pressure in shower, neighbor noise- can see light from adjoining room under door and heard them cough, sneeze, talking, smelled food they warmed up which was annoying but not terrible, slow elevator. Slight smell in one of the rooms that we couldn’t quite place, may have been the air conditioning?? But again not terrible.

Fantastic experience here! I chose this hotel based on the wonderful reviews I saw here and I was NOT disappointed! The place was very clean, cozy and the staff were ALL so very nice, chill and friendly! Especially David, he was so very friendly and personable! The location is good too, I didn't have any issues with outside noises or anything while trying to sleep and slept well.

Also while there, I had noticed they had happened to have some expired yogurt in their fridge. Not a complaint, sometimes these things happen! But I politely let the staff know about it so they could deal with it and, as always, they were very sweet, and even quickly corrected it. I appreciated how professionally and promptly they took care of it. They clearly showed that they care about people having a good experience at this hotel.

I seriously don't even have one thing negative to say about this place. They have very reasonable rates and wonderful service.

We stayed one night. The room was modern and clean, with a reasonably comfortable bed and a nice shower. The blackout shade was welcome. There was a fair amount of traffic noise audible from our room facing the front parking lot, and the hotel exterior and parking lot were completely dark when we arrived half an hour after sunset. (The lights did come on a short while later). The free breakfast was okay; the only egg option was a premade omelet with ham and cheese that was very salty, as were the skillet potatoes. There was also link sausage, a waffle iron with batter, and a toaster with bread, bagels, muffins, and some kind of pastry. Cereal, fruit, and yogurt are also available. The only restaurant within walking distance is a Chicken Express or the hotel bar and restaurant in the Courtyard by Marriott next door, but other options are a short drive away (as is a wonderful H-E-B...
