Read moreMy wife and I ate there on 07/21/2023, and we beyond satisfied. Front the host at the front door to the waitress, everybody was very polite and accommodating. Our waitress demonstrated the perfect balance of ensuring our needs were met, and not hovering over us and making us uncomfortable. When our food arrived, that is where the real magic happened. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, tender, and even the presentation was remarkable. I could not have found a flaw with any part of the meal or service.
After finishing our meal, I spoke with the waitress to inform her of our satisfaction and asked her to please let her manager and cook know how pleased we were. Both the manager and cook visited our table and were very polite and appreciative of our reviews. I even asked the waitress if I could tip the cook as well. Since we paid with a card, she asked us how much we wanted to leave him, and then we added that to the total. She then took that out of her cash tips and delivered it to him in front of us.
Though I enjoyed my meal so much I found it difficult to stop eating when I was full, I left the restaurant miserably satisfied. I may have had the meat sweats from being too full, but it was absolutely worth it. This was likely the best steak I have had from any restaurant in over 10 years. I originally told her that I was going to order my two sides plus add a side salad. Well after she brought my salad i told her I changed my mind and I wanted my salad to be one of my sides, i didn't mind the additional cost. She then told me it was to late that I couldn't do thatand that i had to have my two sides.....oooookkk. then she brought me my drink after I was almost finished with my food so I asked for a to go cup. Yes it was a alcoholic drink, but i was thinking it's better to not drink and drive and that i would take it back to our room to drink. She then had her manager come to me, made me pour my drink from the to go cup back into the regular cup and told me I had to drink it there. Our server was absent our entire meal and then she wants to be in my business when I'm literally walking out the door. So the staff there rather me down my drink cause it was closing time and drive then to put it in a to go cup without the straw. It just blew my mind.
