Mediocre food, rude staff. I showed up at 12:00 p.m. on a Sunday because the restaurant advertises having the NFL Sunday ticket. I took the seat at the bar where the New Orleans-Philadelphia was, which was what I wanted to see. They have plenty of TVs and had almost every game on at some point. I asked for a beer menu and they had none. There's a QR code that goes to something that does not load. So I started asking some questions about beer, and the bartender clearly knew nothing about beer. So I started looking through the tap handles. I saw the tap handle for Breckenridge Vanilla Porter and wanted that. The bartender said they "haven't had it in months". So fine, Shiner Bock it is, though I would've been happy to buy a more expensive product. But as the third quarter ended, they changed the channel. I had been sitting there since the start of the game, and as the game was down the stretch, they turned it off. Then the staff disappeared. I wanted another beer, and I was looking forward to the fourth quarter. Every time the bartender walked by we tried to flag her down and nothing. When I finally got to talk to her, I got a "Relax!" "I'm sorry - it was a mistake" would have sufficed. I have never been spoken to so rudely at a restaurant. I asked for a manager, who just said, "I'm sorry". No offer to make it right. So I asked for my check and left. Meanwhile, the food was pretty mediocre. I ordered the salmon. It was really dry. Probably a sign it's old/frozen/overcooked. When the dry salmon is over extra dry rice, it's a bad combo. Overall, not a good experience. Would not recommend. First time I've been; last time I'll go.

54th Street has a welcoming, casual vibe like you might find at a Chilis or TGI Fridays. I was promptly seated and my server arrived shortly after to take my drink order. There’s a range of foods on the menu. I was tired of tacos and burgers, so I thought I’d do something nicer and go for the steak. After chatting with my server, I settled on the blackened ribeye with a side of asparagus and a Caesar salad. My salad came out quickly with my main order only a few minutes behind it. I cut into my steak, which was cooked to order. After the first bite, I realized that it was a sirloin and not a ribeye. I thought the steak looked odd for a ribeye, but tasting confirmed it. I called over my server, and she took my steak back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, the manager on duty came out to apologize and said another steak would be out shortly. The steak arrived quickly, but unfortunately it was over cooked. The manager came out to make sure everything was OK. I told him the situation, and he offered to cook another. But, I was so hungry by then that I told him not to worry about it. I wasn’t going to wait for a third steak. In the end, the manager did some things to try and make it right, which I appreciated. It was a sincere effort, enough for me to give it another try in the future.

EDIT: We ordered delivery with them twice, and it was quick and the food was AMAZING, which often doesn't happen with delivery, but they delivered. Loved the grilled salmon protein bowl. Ruben Sandwich was decent. We went on the 4th of July for dinner and it was mildly busy. The service started a bit rocky. Waited a while for someone to take our drink order after we were seated, although we could see a LOT of servers everywhere, hanging around, talking. Finally got a server, than waited quite a while to get our drink, which came out with the food. For that I knocked it down to 4 stars. Seems like a multitude of lost, poorly trained servers. But I will say, the server was trying and I can tell was doing his best, so I don't fault him. That being said... I got the Avocado burger and an old fashioned. The burger and fries were delicious! The drink was well made. My husband got a different burger and loved his as well, his drink was great too. I would definitely return for the food but not if I was in a hurry or extremely hungry. Service too slow for that.

I came here on 5/24/24 This place is like a vintage museum. Everywhere you look, there are pictures of actors, ball players, singers etc.. and hanging vehicles, animals and a bunch of other stuff. It is definitely a wow factor when you walk in! I was looking forward to trying the Tator Kegs, which are giant Tator Tots with bacon, cheddar, and Chives in them. I ordered them and got the cheese sauce and ranch with them. They came out hot, and they were light, crispy, and airy. They were soooo good! I ordered The Chicken Madeira with the Asparagus on the side because I did not want it on top of my Chicken. That dish was very tasty as well! I usually get the Chicken Madeira at Cheesecake Factory all the time because it's always a hit for me. My boyfriend got the Rattlesnake Pasta which looked tasty too. I'm definitely visiting when I go back to San Antonio.

This place is both sports bar and restaurant. It has a fun atmosphere, and the food was relatively good. Our waitress was nice, the service was a little slow probably because there was a game on so there were lots of people. When I arrived the hostess told me to wait to see if there was a table available but didn't ask for my name or anything. I had to approach her again and remind her that I was still waiting. She had forgotten all about us!! Anyway, they found us a table. There is a big selection on food, it's not a specific cuisine, they have EVERYTHING. The menu can be a little overwhelming, with steaks in the mexican page for one price AND the same steak in the steak page for a different price. But everyone's likely to find something they like. Also the drinks are good and reasonably priced. Overall I think it's good!
