What else can I say other than my #1 spot for a delicious Vietnamese egg coffee. This electric blue coffee truck is a great addition to SA. In my opinion, Jerry the owner is in his prime and on track to do waaay bigger things in coffee and take his business to a whole other level. I definitely recommend stopping by and giving yourself the pleasure of tasting true thai coffee in SA. I would recommend the Hanoi, it’s basically a straight espresso but with a egg yolk frothy crème layer on top. sweetened with condensed milk. Starbucks has nothing on Akhanay coffee roasters! The drinks here are authentic, healthy, and delicious. I’m going to bring all of my girls here so we can go rock climbing and then get some delicious drinks and sweets.

I think they are going to start having food on Fridays nights too!!!

Ya-ya (the barista) is so sweet and totally gorgeous, I would come here just to hang out with her. Plus the owner is one of the kindest and down to earth people I know.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jerry this morning as he opened the truck for the day. It being our first visit to Akhanay Coffee Roasters, Jerry welcomed us with a full run-through of the menu and regaled us with a few coffee procurement stories. He was even generous enough to recommend a few of his favorite coffee roasters/shops in town, embodying the team spirit mentality.
