This place is a lot of fun and definitely worth checking out. So hard to do and it's really fun to take the Riverboat shuttle which is different from the river boat cruise. For $17 per person they will pick you up and drop you off all the way up at the Pearl and bring you all the way down more popular portion of the Riverwalk. Had a great day in San Antonio. Walked a little over 3 miles of river front. San Antonio obviously has a homeless problem that it needs to place resources into. Well number 1, it's no Panama Canel, lol. But I found it to be quite interesting. The Riverwalk Tourist Barges pull into the lock, the door closes then the barge goes up or down depending on the direction it is traveling.
