If you’re driving into downtown to find this place, you will circle around a few times because it’s not visible. Very hard to find. When you finally PAY for parking, you have to walk to find it and then guess what? You have to wait a whopping 30 minutes in line!!! And it gets better. Majority of the flavors will be sold out with a rude staff member making your experience even “better” 🙄 to top it off, it was very hot outside. Having to walk back empty handed because they had terrible flavors left. A complete waste of time. The parking garage made money off of me while the ice cream shop I drove 40 minutes to try wasn’t up to par like the other Amorino locations I’ve been to. Never coming downtown again. I’m glad i didn’t try their ice cream anyway because I just read a google review saying there was a HAIR in the vanilla ice cream. This location won’t last. San Antonio,...
Read moreThe staff here was incredibly sweet! When we arrived, several flavors were missing, but it was clear they were working as quickly as possible—probably a bit short-staffed. Once extra help arrived, they immediately started restocking the gelato that had been thawing. Despite the rush, they took their time crafting each order with care.

The only issue was some confusion about where to order. I initially went to the first window, then noticed others moving to the second window, so I followed—only to find out that orders had to be placed at a kiosk. Clearer signage or moving the menu upfront would make the process smoother.
Overall, the experience was well worth the wait, and I’d...

We came from Nebraska to visit our family in Texas and were there last Saturday night. We were standing in front of the store waiting for the staff to greet or make eye contact to us so we can ask if we’re able to try the flavors but they never did. Another customer came and I guess he already paid so they gave him the samples. We went back in front and one of the staff told us in a rude way that we needed to pay first before we can try any of the flavors. We read the sign that says ‘Order at the kiosk’ but it never mentioned that we needed to order first in order to try the samples. Maybe add a clearer instruction on how the system works and train staff how to be nice to the customers.
We will not recommend this store because of the...
